no what iam trying to say is that the people at the lesuire centre say you need to wear a cap over your patka keskhi or dastar if u gna swim i choose not to wear a cap for ovbious reasons... so isnt there a way around this problem?

Vaheguro Je Kha Khalsa Vaheguro Je Ke Fateh Saad sangat je on the 7th of November Dass will be arranging a Youth Kirtan programme where there will also be speeches and dhadhi in remembrance of the Delhi Riots in 1984. After the assassination of Indra Gandhi by Shaheed Bhai Satwant Singh and Shaheed Bhai Beant Singh Indra Gandi’s son Rajiv Gandhi ordered the Indian Army and the police to attack anyone who wore a Turban, a Kara and one who kept their Kesh. Rajiv Gandhi quoted “big tree falls and the earth shakes” His aim was to finish of what is evil mother started and it was to obliterate the Sikh Panth and wipe out SIKHI! These events led to the Delhi Riots and many of our Sikh brothers and sisters gave their life’s defending our faith... so I plead to you the saad sangat to please join us all in commemoration to those great Gurmukh shaheeds who courageously sacrificed themselves rather than giving up their dharam. To me Amrit Vela is a must and should be done in the Early hours between 1-6am why i say this is because you drag your self out the bed over come your mind, tell your mind to hav ishnaan and read some bani.. i have a this lil story to share with the sangat... i was once talkin to a chardi kalah gursikh about amrit vela and we was discussing similar things about amritvela- when you get up in the morning between 1-6am your awake and doing bani/simran, the singh then said just imagine you are building a boat for your self ... the moree banii and simran you do the stronger your boat gets... its early morning your not in a rush your takin ur time and putting alot of pyaar into your bani there for your boat is going to be very durable and strong. the more bani you do and simran the bigger your boat will be and strongerr.... now for the manmukhs like me who get up at 10am or weneva we quickly rushhh to the bathroom-- get out the bath asap grab a gutka n smash your nitnem in 30mins flat and in ur mind your thinkin 'ooh i gota go work im gettin late etc' now les go back to our boat. its going to be rushed when building it its not goin to be durable and you going to have to put it out to sail stright awai you wouldnt have no time to sparee... and your boat will have holes init and when you go out to sea your boat will wouldnt feel the same as in if you made that boat in the earlyer hours of dawn... the gurmukh of waheguroo who gets up and builds his boat in the early hours and sets him self out to sea ready for the whole dai apon him/her is the 1 who will not sinkk in the sea... the manmukh who gets up late leaves mahraj outside in the cold until hes forfilled all his sleep and then starts making his boat n goes out to sea will sink in the middle of the sea! bhul chuk maaf karo - Wahegurooo ji ka Khalsaaa Waheguroo ji ki Fatehhhh!

these dai'z to b onist ... our gurudwaras are alll propaa lookin lovely and put thousands of pounds of money into .... and in pratan times the singhs use to b propa pakeh and da gurudwara's state use to b reallly bad now its almost the other way around... the commitie members r courpt dnt help out the youth in ne thing... its a gurudwara a place of worship sometimes i feel as if its a bad thing to pray and do kirtan in some gurudwara's. bhul chuk maaf karo fateh
