What is causing all the root problems for Sikhs? From weak leaders who can't run Punjab. To society issues in the Punjabi Sikh community back home and in the west Let's look at some main issues. Broken marriages/divorces, domestic violence, crime, sexual offenses/rape adultery,physical and mental health problems, family break downs, money,low morality,ethics and values and the list goes on ect. Feel free to add more issues affecting us. Can we pinpoint a root cause for all the above? I have a theory why Sikhs are failing not just in the west but in more importantly our own homeland Punjab.

What sources do you have that say Muhammed was literate and could read and write? From the vast amount of info on Muhammed, the overwhelming consensus from scholars was that he was illiterate. Are you suggesting he wrote the Koran?

Yes I have also heard about what he did to the Jewish tribe and marrying his adoptive sons wife. He was reported to have the sexual strength of 30 men. lol.. But let's keep it factual. What that Muslim did is not what Muhammed or Islam sanctioned. So we should always keep to genuine sources of info. Muhammed did so much wrong that we don't have to add any other stuff that he did not actually permit.

I actually read so much on Sikhi. If I would to put it in comparison in reading and learning of religions. It would be 99% Sikhi and 1 percent Islam. As a Sikh we are encouraged to learn and expand our gian . In fact learning about other religions helps you appreciate the beauty of Sikh even more. I encourage you to learn and gain more knowledge.

Yep, they keep banging on about how the koran has never been altered/corrupted. Yet there is enormous ambiguity over the authenticity of the the original book. That was written down by conpanions who obviously must have their own twist on what Muhammed said. Most of the koran is copy and pasted from jewish and christian scriptures. This is not suprising as Muhammed did not come up with nothing new apart from a few arabic traditions.

Muhammed life and wife’s. One of the major criticisms of Islam is the general conduct of the so called “prophet” Muhammed and his marriage to 6-year-old wife Aisha. This is actually one of the main reasons many are leaving Islam. I actually had a debate with a Muslim about this. Most Muslims try and justify this very controversial marriage by the following. Muhammed was just doing what most people did at the time,1400 years ago. They claim it was normal during those times for young girls get married. Aisha wanted the marriage and was not forced into it. (The above are very poor reasons) If he was sent from God he would not just to do what the common man did. So they are quite pathetic excuses. How I see it and why I think this marriage was wrong and how most idependent scholars see it. Maybe people in those days got married young. But that would be between two young people. Ie a (12-year-old and a 9 year old) ect Not a 50 yr. old and 6 yr. old. This is obviously very big age gap to start with and completely wrong. Lets look at the background – Many of the women Muhammed married were solely for reasons to do with forming alliances with different/rival tribes and for political reasons or to keep the peace. That is one reason why he had so many wife’s, over 12. Lets concentrate on his most controversial marriage Aisha. Aisha was actually the daughter of Muhammed’s friend. He wanted to marry this child so asked for his friends’ permission. The friend rightfully refused. Now this is where it gets very bad and completely exposes Muhammed. Muhammed then comes back and says I have got a revelation from God to marry aisha. (So this is where the big criticism lies) Muhammed’s choice to marry Aisha was not something he just thought about himself and decided to do. Which would have been a different matter, it would still be very bad and wrong of course. But What makes this 1000 times worse and wrong. Is that Muhammed is saying I have directly been ordered to marry a 6 yr old by God from a revelation. It is only when he tells everyone he has had a divine revelation to everyone that his friends permit the marriage. Let’s look at the revelation “The marriage of Prophet Muhammad to lady 'Aisha was based on a divine command as lady 'Aisha narrated that angel Gabriel came to Prophet Muhammad carrying a green silk cloth with her image on it and said "this is your wife in this world and in the hereafter" narrated by al Tirmidhi.” Various traditions reveal the mutual affection between Muhammad and Aisha. He would often just sit and watch her and her friends play with dolls, and on occasion, he would even join them It is described in Bukhari that Aisha, while living with Muhammad, used to play with dolls along with her girlfriends Journalist Katherine Zoepf finds this description emphasising Aisha's childishness despite being married to a man in his fifties can make for "upsetting reading".

Good question. I would not have been able to answer this query untill I did a bit of research only two weeks ago which only took a few hours of reading. I think I am slightly skilled if I do say so myself in that I can read and undertsand very quickly. Whereas another person would take months/years to fully understand and comprehend. Now back to your question. Muhammed was illiterate he could not read or write. The entire koran was not written by Muhammed. He did not write a single word of it. at the time and near to Muhammeds death, His companions started writing down muhammeds so called revelations they also supposedly memorised muhammeds words and teachings and also wrote this down which became know as the quran. Hence these companions soley wrote the koran. Which brings me onto another criticism. How can the islamic scripture be called accurate if it was written by other people then Muhammed himself and also they went on their memory. everyone knows that our memory of something is often wrong. These companions would have definantly written wrong things based on their faded memories. This is completley different to how the SGGS Ji was written which was compiled and handwritten by the Gurus themselves not by someones elses faded memories. hence how the quran can be called 100% literal word of God is obviously false. also I believe the muslims say their scipture is divinely inspired by God but not litteraly the word of God.

I am talking about peaceful and good christians, jews, hindus and other non muslims. We all need to unite and show solidarity against the muslims extremist threat facing us all. Muslims love it when we non muslims fight amongst ourselves and are divided.

Yep at least the americans are are doing something. Not sure what British white are doing. I think the whole world needs to unite against the islamic threat. Im pretty sure everyone now knows what Islam is all about. from Brazil to australia everyone is aware. The way I see thinggs , Its Islam against the rest of the world and people need to decide which side they are on.

This all starts with muslims parents. Many tell their kids to hate non muslims and only play and hang about with fellow muslims.

That's a very good point and something I just realised when you mentioned it. Just having one extra kid is very significant because that one additional child with will reproduce and create more generations which in turn has a huge impact on the population growth.

I think soon Europe's borders will get tougher. They are starting to realise the dangers. But there are so many illegals entering also which poses another unique threat.

Dogging? Not sure what that word means. But in the UK it means going down a dark unlit parking area and doing some funny business.? But on a serious note. If there are people going around trying to convert and impose their beliefs on you. We have every right to learn a little about their beliefs and say (No thank you). Even Jugraj Singh has good knowledge on other faiths. IE the differences between Sikhi and Christianity and Islam and would use this knowledge in his talks.

I think everyone assumes that's blacks people are not racist. I've come across many racist blacks who hate other races maybe due to jealousy and envy due to other races success. I dont know the details of this attack so can't really comment on it.

Yep I did go down the avenue of learning about Islam Not because I was interested in it. But like many Sikhs or non Muslims I had no real knowledge of the religion. So one day I had a lightbulb moment. I thought let's learn a little about it (reluctantly) and see the main beliefs, main contradictions aswell as criticisms . First I studied Muhammed solely. To see what he was about. It didn't take long for me to come to my conclusions about him as there is so much criticism of him due to his immoral actions that I didn't even have to go any further really. But I still researched more as it was astonishing to find so much info that shows its a religion that does not make any sense or logic. Now I feel so much better and instead of disliking something I did not really know to much about. Now I dislike it even more knowing about all the inaccuricies and mistakes there is in the Koran which I have learnt about. It's given me a whole knew perspective and made me more firm in my own Sikh faith. A book I recommend to read is 'The truth about Muhammed' It's one of the most popular books that explains in a concise and easy to understand way. Why Islam is not the truth. Iv not read it yet. But Ive heard good reviews about it.

It seems like you have the mentality and thinking that all religions are equal and right and will lead to God. That we should all hold each others hands, sing ring a ring a roses and live happily ever after like some fairy tale. Not get involved in anything, but just concentrate on praying and being happy in our own religion and hope for the best. It's time to wake up. Islam is and Muhammed are a menace and great danger to society and our way of life. These people want to change your beliefs and religion and the way of life of britian to an Islamic one and your thinking is "who cares". well you soon will one day when britians becomes an Islamic country and your freedom to practice religion has gone. Then It will be to late to do anything. Then you will again say " who cares and be happy to move to another country" .. then when that country becomes an Islamic state. You will say who cares and move to another country. And so fourth. Sikhs and all non Muslims need to read up on why Islam and Muhammed are wrong so they can educate their kids and next generations. I am not saying go and start debating with Muslims.(Although if you want to do that, it's completley fine) But you should have good knowledge on why Islam is not a true religion. It actually strengthens your own faith when you start to seeing the inaccuracies and falsness of Islam aswell as Christianity. That's not to say we should start hating non Sikhs. We should only show negativity to those who try and convert us or have bad intentions for us and our faith. Sikhi teaches to respect all other religions. It doesn't say agree with all other religions and partake in a fast to show your love for them. When Muslims (Mughals were forcibly converting people in India and Punjab to Islam. Did Guru Gobind Singh say. "Who cares" Let's just concentrate on our Sikhi and let them do what they want. When Mughals tried to steal 40.000 hindu women. Did the Sikhs say. Who cares it's not effecting us let's go and eat a veggi samosa and pray that the world becomes a better place. It's time to show some steel and couragesness and be outspoken, politically aware. Sikhs should care deeply about state of the world as we all want to live and work in a better place. We should all strive for equality, social justice, fighting for the oppressed because when the sh1t hits the fan we are all going to get spattered and it ain't going to smell nice.

Sikhs and many non Muslim faiths have been targeted for conversions. Its very important that Sikhs build up some good knowledge on the falsnesses of Islam. So our youth will be more educated when they may encounter people who try and convert. Also it's a Sikhs duty to point out if something is wrong not just lay back and accept everything in society and this world like sheep.

I will have you know. That I actually had a few debates with Muslims and got the better of them. With just the knowledge of Islam that I read up on in a few hours of reading. Also many people leave Islam all the time in fact it has a high drop out rate.

That's what I am referring to. Everyone knows snippets of Islam. Such a verse here and there such as "killing non believers" . Which we have all heard of. But that's not enough. We need to know the whole picture if we really want to be able to defeat someone in a religious debate and prove Islam is wrong IE I never really wanted to study Islam as I already knew it was false. But its important to do some in-depth reading on it. Especially the critisicm of it. To fully appreciate why it's false.

My thoughts on Muhammed. I think in todays world we often hear people saying Islam is wicked or that Muhammed is false. But without really knowing in-depth why this is the case. Many people often dont have any knowledge of Islam yet lable it bad. To fully understand how something is bad. First you have to study it and get familiar with it. I think the onus is on non Muslims to do a bit of reading on why Islam and Muhammed is false so that you can use these arguements and evidence in debates. Please look up - Criticism of Muhammed So hence, having done some research on Muhammed and the (criticism) labled against him by independent religious scholars and historians. I come to the following conclusion. Ie, what type of person he was and his motives for proclaiming to be a prophet from God. My research and in-depth analysis leads me to to categorically believe that Muhammed was a brutal and violent warlord and sex offender without a doubt, who commited countless sins and atrocities not just by himself, but by his followers on his direct orders. It's ludricous to even suggest a person like this was ever sent by God. He was involved in many battles against non believers (pagan Arabs who constituted most of Arabia at the time of muhammed) and was responsible for the the deaths of thousands of these pagans. These battles were against Arab tribes pagans, who opposed him when he first started out and began preaching. He also permitted his soldiers to capture enemy soldier women and use them as slaves. Yes the very first victims of Muhammed were in fact the Arabs themselves who knew all about his wikedness and tried to get rid of him. It's unfortunate that in these very early battles, Muhammed was victorious in them. As if he lost these very early key battles, Islam would probably not exist today. he also endorsed slavery and did not make an attempt to abolish it. He merely tried to reform it. Furthermore, Muhammed also married a 6 yr old when he was over 50 himself. Muhammed was not a man of peace but war, rage and vengeance. Now how did someone who commited all the above atrocious acts be able to gain so many followers and be seen as a man of honour and piety amongst the people you may wonder? Now we have to analyse the Psychology of Muhammeds character, personality, of motives and deception used to paint an image of a good person. Having studied Psychology I know quite a bit how to do this. Hence I can work out Muhammeds mind set ect even though he was born 1500 hundred years ago. The answer is simple. Muhammed was devious and smart narrcercist. As well as doing all these bad things. He also mixed this up and did many 'good things" This was to protray his image as a good man. That's why so many people are duped by Muhammed as he did so many good things people think he was good and moral person. It was his strategy to do so many good deeds that people would forget all his bad deeds and thus not realise his true character. IE this is why the typical Muslim is confused about Muhammed. He was a heckle and heckle character. Doing many good things such as charity, helping orphans and donating money. Yet this was just a facarde to cover up his real evil character. The followers see all the fake good deeds and forget about his real dark side that he did so well to hide.. The reality is. It does not matter how many good deeds you do. If you do bad deeds it overrights the good ones. IE if youl helped a 1000 orphans. We can't forget the fact you slept with a 6 yr old. It's like Jimmy saville. He helped thousands through charity. But he was also a seriel rapist. Hence all the good he did does not mean anything. Anything good Muhammed did was simply a publicity stunt to make himself look good Infront of others. All his good deeds were just for show. Inside he was init for the women, money and power. He was a narrcercist that loved power and control over the people. To summarise. Muhammed did not create a new religion at all. All the fundamental and main beliefs of Islam come from jewdo and Christo religions. Hence the framework of Islam is taken form those religions. He just added a few bits here and there. Such as Sharia law and certain other aspects. So basically Muhammed was a fraud and false. Prophet who never created a new religion. We should all do out bit and study the the much documented criticisms of Islam and Muhammed to arm us with knowledge.we don't have to do to much reading. As all the main critisicm and inaccuracies of Islam and Muhammed have been pointed out by independent religious scholars. Hence we don't need to do months of reading. Just read up online which point out and summarise Islams falseness. There is a saying. Know your friends but alway study your enemy.

Muslims are projected to grow in numbers. Not due to conversions but due to their high birth rates. Many people don't realise is that Muslim population would actually only be half today. If it were not to their high fertility rate. Many are simply outbreeding everyone else. It's not to do with people converting as many people assume. Other religions are not having as many kids and are decreasing. Europe is facing big issues. People are just not having enough children if any at all. Let's face reality guys. We are going to be living in a Muslim world. From Africa, to Asia to the middle east. The only people I know are trying to do something. Are 'stop Islam in Europe movement'. Other then that no one can do anything as they will be deemed islamaphobic.
