  1. I would imagine, after a while, when they were considered fully broken down, and had no where to go, the pimps might let some out? Plus they'd have no passport, so they couldn't exactly fly back home. They would have nowhere to run to, and no one would be sympathetic towards them. If anything, they'd be under serious threat of even more rape and murder on the street if people found out what they were. The account we have of an alleged victim who escaped, says that it was specific days that johns would come to the remote brothels they were placed in. I don't know how these things work exactly. She said that the punters were often high ranking political types too. We know they also have open bazaars of this type too in urban areas like Heera Mandhi in Lahore - might have been one of those victims out in the daytime? Diplomacy and their culture would dictate that the british embassy would keep quiet about this too. We know how the police are about these things too...... Regarding my own views. I was sceptical at first myself, at this point, when we know so much more about the organised nature of human trafficking - I believe there is some substance behind what was heard back then. Too much of what was rumoured about in the past, has subsequently turned out to be true. Plus the person whose mouth this came from seemed well informed and connected. I think some of the kharkus were in shock and asking <banned word filter activated> is going on in england?
  2. I think its like Italian-Americans whose forefathers moved there generations ago, and can't speak any Italian still considering themselves as Italians?
  3. You need to come out from under your bed now and then! lol!! I'm messing with you. I don't go people's houses much either these days . That was posted 14 years ago ffs! There are LOADS of closet RS. Very successful business types too.
  4. I agree. Note how it also seems to be the earliest work dasmesh pita commissioned too.
  5. http://www.columbia.edu/itc/mealac/pritchett/00litlinks/hitopadesha_arnold/index.html The english used in the above is very antiquated now.
  6. Read it..... It just seems like a defence hidden behind numerical data that most people wouldn't take seriously. He is obviously his uncle's boyeee. What about Jaswant Singh Khalra's murder? All the covert cremations he uncovered? Black cats etc. What about the umpteen families of ahhm pendus who 'disappeared'? The open confessions of PP about mass extra-judiciary executions? Even when it was all going on, you'd hear about rewards for the killing of certain 'high profile' militants with pictures of corpses, only for the actual militant to turn up a few years later? Whose body was it they were showing? It's obvious Hartosh had a close relationship with his psycho uncle (who probably hid his true self to him like they do). Just seems like plain old fashion cognitive dissonance to me. But it has to be said, some bad elements infiltrated the kharkus later on. By the looks of it they were either cops and/or criminal opportunists who didn't care for the cause and just wanted to use the kharku identity to hide their crimes. Riberio himself states they used compromised crooks to infiltrate the movement. It really reminds me of that movie - Judas and the black messiah.
  7. That piece looks like it's written by Ajai Sahni??
  8. I haven't been Southall in years. Some East London guys and those from those sides don't usually get on. I try and avoid the place myself.
  9. Hartosh Bal is Gill's nephew? He looks familiar, is he an actor or something?
  10. What do you think? That (if he was alive) Gill would say, it wasn't him, he was just following orders? lol The guys a confirmed psychopath.
  11. He's claiming otherwise here. Maybe trying to throw Gill under the bus, whilst protecting his own reputation? But the fact remains (as you alluded to earlier), we have plenty of potential KPS Gills just waiting for the right opportunity to do their thing. Gills actions were centred around his understanding of jut caste/culture though. He even says as much in his biography. He saw it all as a competition of who can be the most badass jut by the looks of it, with him coming on top. He's probably screaming now. I think this is all a clear warning against caste identity?
  12. Thing is, from what I see from studying narcissists in the family, they don't seem to have any capacity for abstract thought, and think things like identity are a hindrance. They don't seem neurobiologically capable of comprehending compassion and empathy?
  13. This guy knew him personally, look at what he says about him?
  14. From Piara SIngh Padam's book, Darbari Rattan:
  15. By what I read in Riberio's book, KPS Gill doesn't seem to have particularly identified as a Sikh, but rather his caste identity first and foremost?
  16. LAKKHAN RAI, son of Bik Chand, a Changra Rajput of Una, now a district town of Himachal Pradesh, embraced Sikhism during the time of Guru Tegh Bahadur (1621-75), and was later counted, along with his brother Bhoj Raj, among the poets and scholars patronized by Guru Gobind Singh. The only work of Lakkhan Rai that has come down to us is a translation in Hindi verse of the Sanskrit classic, Hitopadesa, completed in 1737 Bk/AD 1680. This is the earliest extant work by any of Guru Gobind Singh`s poets and scholars. References : 1. Padam, Piara Singh, Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji de Darbari Ratan. 17. @shastarSingh Veer ji, do you know anything about this granth? THE HITOPADESA OR BOOK OF GOOD COUNCIL, A SIKH BOOK OF FABLES, SIGNED BY PANDIT DIYA RAM, NORTH INDIA, PUNJAB, LUDHIANA, DATED 1280 AH/1864 AD https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitopadesha
  18. No idea about his background or organisation or who Shamsher is? Just posting his views on the bhangra industry. Thanks for the info though.
