  1. vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh, ji Sat Sri AKaal ji; can you please type out what the singh ji was suggesting to use other than shampoo? The echo in the video makes the video a bit hard to understand for me. vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh
  2. vaheguru ji ka khalsa vahehguru ki ki fateh Mhmm.. As these topics are public, I mostly posted so others who are searching old topics can see these replies as well vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh
  3. vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh, ji Maybe its anxiety? Or maybe you have baa? I dont know what baa is called in english, but in doabi bhasha its called baa.. Its side effects are: numb arms+legs/balance problems/head pain/drool/breathing problems/& more.. The way to 'fix' it is to eat a spoon of kali mirch, and the way you know you have baa is if the kali mirch doesnt taste spicy.. I think I heard this sickness starts if we eat too many sweet things, and not enough hot things (hot as in it causes heat, garam like coconuts, kali mirch, ginger, grapes).. So maybe when we eat the kali mirch it burns away the bad element. Be careful when eating the kali mirch though! Make sure to not get it into the lungs. Please forgive me for any mistakes vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh
  4. BC : ) but to be fair, I usually tie a dastar during amritvela nitnem ji. Im not really good at tying it though so then I take it off afterwards.
  5. Im from Canada ji. The Kaurs would be under 35. Even at the amritsanchar I was at I think there were others who just had chunnis/ramals. I just think that theres more amritdhari girls than people expect since its hard to tell when we keep our kirpan sahib ji under our clothes and have a ramal.
  6. That seems like a stereotype, I dont wear a dastar and Im amritdhari. Also, my sister who is older than me wore a dastar but isnt amritdhari. Theres a khalsa school near us and I dont know if Id be able to label all of the dastar wearing people as amritdhari. There are so many amritdhari kaurs, a bunch dont wear dastars, rather chunnis/ramals.

  9. I heard that a persons image is the reflection of their inside.. Just as a tall thick tree full of leaves is seen as healthy cuz it is healthy from the inside, similarly a person healthy inside would have it shown at the outside, especially when it comes to dharam. This look is a gift from guru ji, my friend. If a sikh is paunchaya they will at least have kesh and stay away from the 4 main kurehits. bhull chuk maaf

Vaheguru ji ka khalsa Vaheguru ji ki fateh, jiii Mhmm, when people burn the tarkha it isnt really good. You should check this site: http://www.gursevak.com/health ! See the "View of Gurbani on keeping good health". The Sarab Rog Ka Aukhad Naam sanstha people came to a gurdwara ji near my city, and the singh ji from there told us that desi ghyo is good for us.. Even online, during their samagam there was a person who talked in the mic and said they had heart problems and medicine didnt get rid of all the dukh, and so they were told about desi ghyo and they ate it with shakk thinking it might be bad but they said they started feeling better (he also started reading gurbani ji), and even his DR started asking him what he changed but he didnt tell him lol. But my mom said to me Indias weather is different, and so it might be better to consume it there rather in the cold western places. I too put one teaspoon of desi ghyo in my daal/sabji cup almost everytime now. Margarine, on the other hand is not acceptable. vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh

Vaheguru ji ka khalsa Vaheguru ji ki fateh, jiii Ooh thats kinda like how we do it, but we dont use onions or garlic or masara daal (personal choice hehe). & desi ghyo is healthy, but I dont think doing thurka of it is good, right? I prefer cold pressed virgin coconut oil, its really healthy and I heard it also helps stop anxiety. But dont use more than a teaspoon the 1st few time cuz it pumps blood in the body really fast (it happened to me the 1st time lol). vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh
