    Chaur Sahib

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh, But a chaur was the sign of royalty from many a time before the Guru Jee's so "adopting" a makhi maar tool is not really the same when thinking about showing Maharaaj respect. At first I did disagree with the fly sticker patches but on the other hand the egg situation and its diseases are showing up more in society eg Malaria, so should we try to maintain Suchaam for Maharaaj as much as possible? Bhull Chukk Maaf Gurfateh.
  3. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh, Very confusing concept ji. Maharaaj is saying we dine on other lives etc so is MAYBE? meat consumption is just as wrong as eating a bengan. I try not to get into dietary debates other than whats in Maryada. And does anyone have an example of "sweat born"? To explain its definition? Bhull Chukk Maaf, Gurfateh.
  4. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh I absolutely love this post. True to the Guru's input to the veechara, and bhull chukk maaf but doesn't Maharaaj even say if not thinking capacity but plants have some life too. Apologies for incorrect opinion if im wrong. Gurfateh
  5. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh, Daas's slight opinion is that I don't completely understand all the languages Maharaajs bani are written in, let alone fully understand Gurmukhi but it all in order to connect with the emotion behind the bani and the way Maharaaj wanted it to be interpreted. I think translations are fine but one saroop is basically making a replica but without the beauty of Gurmukhi to best suit. The information can be any given language, but even programmes like Sikhi to the Max show Romanised Gurbani but always relate it to the original pavitarr form. Gurfateh.
  6. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh, Have seen some posts regards Sri Sahib being kept on the left hand side of the body so gattra goes across from right shoulder down. Only problem, Im left handed, should I have it on the opposite side as my strongest hand would be going towards my Sri Sahib if/when I need to use it? Bhull Chukk Maaf Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh.
