  1. why need to shout ? cant we do anything, rather everything secretly ? what message we convey to the world by brandishing swords ? it is the established truth that sikhs have cultivated prosperity amidst every hardship, hatered and "multiplied designed competition" news items shown on TV channels, sikhs stopping trains do not have "guru ki mohar" on their heads when they show clashes between dera followers and guru ke sikh, the common man could not understand "why sikhs fighting with each other" so bretheren dont just throw slogans in air, be true sikhs and be united first. keep your powers within yourself, so that at the time of need we can unitly show it to the operassors. wjkk wjkf

  7. not good this time 'akirtghan ji' my mitr pyara shri guru gobind singh ji asked "rehit pyari mujhko sikh pyaara nahi" so 'sikh ne hi rehit rakhni', 'sikh ne hi amrit rakhna' and ultimately 'sikh ne hi khud nu sikh rakhna' i feel myself a little harsh, maafi for that, please forgive me no offence aimed, peace
  8. the folowing are my personal opinions, they have absolutely no reference from anywhere, they are personally experienced, due to faith in my mitr pyara shri guru granth sahib ji and attachment with the sikhi. 1. no inter faith, inter religion, or ceremonial weddings should be allowed in gurudwara / gurudwara complex / property owned in the name of gurughar / halls other than gurudwara or gurudwara property but in presence of my mitr pyara shri guru granth sahib ji . other than gurudwara, 'anand karaj' must not be allowed in first place. 2. both bride and groom must be gursikhs (keshadhari or sehajdhari does not matter). 3. foods only according to the sikh rahit maryada (lungar) must be served as a part of anand karaj ceremony. 4. no wine (or any other kind of intoxicants), meat, beaf, fish, dance, music other than shabad kirtan should be allowed as a part of the ceremony. 5. no fix amount should be collected from the parties (parents of bride or groom) as a fees (or "seva"). 6. sikhiya (teachings) according to the gurmat must be delivered to the geathering after the "anand karaj" ceremony, specially to the bride and groom. 7. most of the time, i v seen "sehra" (garland) taken from the offerings to my mitr pyara shri guru granth sahib ji being given to the bride and groom, instead of that 5 K's should be given to them so as a inspiration that can motivate them to be amritdhari in future. 8. gurudwara committee must insist to have the 'anand karaj' ceremony performed mostly in amrit vela, if not possible, before 1200 noon atleast. as i said earier, these are my personal opinions, no reference from anywhere, no offence aimed, peace. bhul chuk maaf.
  9. both veereh are absolutely correct at the place. the first hukamnama of the day (when the prakash of my mitr pyaara shri guru granth sahib ji happen) will have to be 'the order of the day' every next hukamnama taken by individual with a confusing or asking situation in hand will have to be 'the order for the situation' and those can be unlimited according to situations. bhul chuk maaf, peace

  12. i know most of the sangat here based other than punjab but still use of punjabi at home for conversation (mostly) is assential i think to preserve the culture related to khalistan (land of pure). here one more point i observed later that a number of members do not originate from punjab, they may be not conversant to punjabi that much, but still they are citizens of khalistan (land of pure) and they can try and be a part of this "mitthi bolli". || jithhai jaae behai maeraa sathiguroo so thhaan suhaavaa raam raajae || Wherever my True Guru goes and sits, that place is beautiful, O Lord King. and thy present everywhere not only spiritually but physically too now a days good point !!! i can read, write, speak and understand punjabi
