  1. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fatheh. Thank you everybody for your help. I managed to tie my dastaar in time for College, forgot to update everyone as I haven't been on here in ages. I've attatched a photo of how it looks like and it all came with practice. Once again, thank you very much for everyones help, may Waheguru bless you all. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fatheh.
  2. I keep on practicing using this video but do you know the width of the material? because mine seems to be a bit smaller than Bhai Sahibs. Also when i get to the last larh, it is always loose at the back (if you get what I mean?) What do i do?!
  3. Thank you so much veerji, I really appreciate your help. I am from Derby (UK) what about you? Thanks for the advice and I shall take note of everything you have told me!
  4. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fatheh! I wonder if anyone can help me.... It's currently the summer holidays and I want to wear a dastaar when I go back to college in September and I have been trying to tie a dumalla but I have problems tying it! I can never get it right and I get very frustrated! I have tried going to the Gurdwara and asking for help to tie a dumalla but no one seems to be interested and I feel I'm moving away from Sikhi. I try over and over again but I just find it impossible. I have quite thick hair so when my Joora is quite big and I have been told I dont need a Bunga. Can you please link me some videos showing how to tie it please? Or can someone describe to me on here with help on tying one. Also can you recommend the material, the length, the width of the keski and the material, the length, the width of the actual dumalla. I would really appreciate some much needed help please ... and fast! Thank you very much Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fatheh!
