  1. For it to be brahmanical it would have to be performed by a Brahmin in the first place. I can't believe how people use words they don't even understand...
  2. Racial abuse by Panjabi Sikhs...how did I react? I left for greener pastures.
  3. "The imperfections are what makes us perfect. " Speechless....it gets better and better...
  4. This looks more like "Singh is pimp" than "Singh is King..."
  5. Well sorry to give you the bad news but since Sikhs don't consult the pandas anymore at Kankhal who keep the family records and hence the system about which got can marry with what other got....the likelihood is that most of you have married already been the result of what you yourselves call inbreading.
  6. Bored wrote: With all due respect your 10th master explicitly writes that ALL prophets and avataras before the 10 Gurus were misguided by their ego. In Bachitar Natak he clearly stipulates that they all fell because of their pride and had themselves worshiped (a questionable statement in and of itself...) and the he only speaks what God says. In all of Dasam Granth you tenth master relates stories about all kinds of avataras and prophets being mislead as well. In clear: humanity was in utter darkness before your 10 Gurus, so says your Dasam Granth. This Neo-Vedantic "all rivers" lead to the same ocean doesn't hold when one says that all other rivers have been mislead themselves. The question is of course: What kind of God would let humanity be without pure and infallible spiritual guides from the start, send messengers who commit mistakes and suddenly decide to reveal the truth through 10 masters in the Panjab, letting the rest of humanity rot in utter darkness?
  7. Don't you guys say the same about your Guru? "Without the True Guru salvation can't be found bladibla"? How hypocritical And Akal Purakh di Fauj are you suggesting that Mary (as), Jesus' mother, was not a virgin? If that's the case I pity your soul trapped in utter darkness
  8. I doubt he is Sikh. That turban is not worn by Sikhs alone. Panjabi Muslims also wear it. Also he wears two silver aqiq stones which is a very mustahab (recommended) act in the traditions of Shi'ism and Sufism. Most "Sikhs" I know who smoke have cut their hair and completely abandoned the religion so th caption seems bizarre to say the least.
  9. What's the problem with marrying a Hindu if he is honest, God-fearing, doesn't drink and educated?
  10. Women are at fault of course...but you guys are perfect...makes sense...

  13. This is hilarious! Sarpanch you honestly expect the civilized world to believe this? Don't you find it strange that the "Amanrpreet Kaur" story sounds exactly like all these "real" stories of Sikh girls converting to Sunnism? They have the same structure: 1. I am an innocent sahajdhari girl who doesn't know much about Sikhi so people on Sikh forums can patronize me by saying that my change in religion was because I was ignorant and stupid, a way to reassure themselves that there is nothing wrong with them. 2. I fall in love with a Sunni/Hindu boy and of course that's my big mistake because I shouldn't have. 3. Of course my Sunni/Hindu boyfriends tricked me but I was not aware as I am a dumb bimbo making Sikh forum members feel really good about themselves. 4. Only after I get married am I realizing that I have been trapped and everyone on Sikh forums to say "See I saw it coming" All of this happens because I am worthless and stupid and you are perfect and flawless... Indeed makes loads of sense...
  14. What?!?! A Sikh who hates Muslims and wants to wipe them off the the face of the earth?!?! That's ludicrous since when do Sikhs hate Muslims... :@
  15. I stick to real academics thanks. Paris and Oxford have plenty of them...
  16. VS Naipaul an authority on Shi'ism. No thank you I'd rather stick with the real scholars like Henry Corbin or Moezzi.
  17. Yea cuz we need unity inni but if u guys continew fightin like den we got some problem: u guys need 2 chill yeah cuz dis ain't funny no mor inni: cuz like u confusin peeps about wha Sikhi is really about
  18. This is such a state of affairs Vahiguru
  19. Sikh_youth_uk wrote: Might well be true. It is also true that my Shi'a friend's grandmother and aunt were kidnapped by Singhs and kept in a room for 11 days and each day they got gangraped by a dozen Singhs. There are stories like that on both sides... What I do find interesting is that a member made the claim that the Khalsa is a fauj and that it can protect British citizens. Fine, why not. I ask for proof as any sane person would and i get offered physical threats :e: then called a traitor (traitor of what? I am not part of you) and then Miss Gupt Kaur asks me where I was during the London bombings. Well ma chère: I was on my way to Edgeware Road to meet my friends at Al Dar just a few meters away from the bomb blast! But then again I never claimed to be a fauj able to protect people. I know my limits. I was precisely questioning the claims of those who said tey could. btw I know the suicide bombers were Sunnis, so what does it prove? They are not my fellow Muslims so I don't see your point.
  20. Sikh Youth UK, I don't know about that maybe it is true. What is true is that my friend's grandmother and aunt were kidnapped in Amritsar held captive for two weeks and gangraped by a dozen of Singhs before a house servant took pity and freed them. Stories like that happened on both sides...
  21. Ever heard of copyrights? If you want a copy why don't you buy it like everyone else? You know what I find amazing is this: I come on this forum. Someone tells me the Khalsa is the fauj of God bladibla and that it is above the law. Fair enough. So please show me how it is protecting British citizens. I am giving examples of situations and I get offered physical threats, get called a traitor and then I get told by Gupt Kaur: Where were you during the London bombings? 1. I never made claims that I was an army and that I could protect British citizens. 2. If you really want to know I actually was on Edgware Road at the Al Dar shisha bar with my Iraqi friends. 3. Yes Gupt Kaur the guys who commited the suicide bombings were Sunnis. 4. No I am not trying to convert you people to Shi'ism. In my experience Panjabis and religion are a bad mix. Just look at Panjabi Shi'as you'll see what I mean. Now what is really interesting is that many of you don't hesitate to violate my private life and put up my real name on the net: OK fine. Gur Bar Akal and Proactive could you please do the same? I mean if I have to get my privacy violated at least you could have the guts to be on equal footing or at least apologize and edit your posts for as you know the violation of privacy is an offence in the UK.
  22. Oh wow machete, I am impressed. So where was the Khalsa when the London bombings happened? Where is it when anyone in Britain gets mugged or attacked? Are you there to protect them or are you just there to tell victims that they're "gay coz they can' defend demselves" "u jus like a victim of bullying who turn into police and commits police brutality." Wow you make so much sense. Does it occur to you that people might understand you if you actually wrote in English?
  23. You can brag all you want about Sikh did 200 years ago. Where was the mighty Khalsa when it came to protect thousands of Sikhs in 1984, where was the massive Khalsa when the RSS massacred thousands of innocent people during the Ayodhya issue and in Gujarat? You talk of Muslims locking their own girls when it comes to inter-marriage. But my experience for having worked with the police in honour crime cases is that Sikhs are AS HORRIBLE as Muslims in terms of domestic violence, rape and honour crimes. In fact religion has nothing to do with it but rather that we are dealing with Indo-Pakistani male violence. The whole game of blaming the other when you yourself have the same problems is ridiculous. Dal Singh and shel surj , Britain as a country where there is rule of law does NOT recognise the legal existence of militias. If you do want to have a militia I suggest you go and live in a country that allows this. If not I don't know why you should be allowed to even live in a country whose laws and institutions you clearly refuse.
