Without serving the True Guru, he suffers in terrible pain, and throughout the four ages, he wanders aimlessly . Means, if we do not devote ourselves to Guru Jee, we shall again wander throughout the 4 yugas in the cycles of births and deaths. He also tells us, what to do, in order to avoid the chaurasee ka chakar: sabad marahu fir jeevhu sad hee taa fir maran na ho-ee. Dying in the Word of the Shabad, you shall live forever, and you shall never die again . He says, if we meditate or devote ourselves to the Shabad Guru Jee, we shall never be born nor die, because we shall become one with Him. That is the wadeeayee of the Gurbani. Sat Sree Akal.

Brother, I would never blame Guru Sahiban for not blessing with a strong Amrit Vela as you say. You see, apart from akhoot Daya Meher and Pyaar, there is nothing which Guru Jee has more. Why will He not want us to get up at Amerit Vela and do our paath, bhajan bandagee, or whatever one does regularly as per bhakti. The fault is within us. Who obliges us to stay at such late or so many hours on the internet or maya? Of course nobody. If ever anyone or anything, then surely it is our mind, the agent of Kal within us. We all know, what we should do or not, but our will power is weak. It is all about how important we see the world and its pull on us, or, be a true sikh and keep Guru Jee´s Hukum above everything. This means, first Wahiguru, then if any time left, live in the world, but not to go that much deep in it, that Wahiguru becomes secondary. He is so Dayalu, that each and every day, He gives us new chances to improve and become better sikhs, but we neglect them, then blame Him. As Simran Pen Jee says above, everything is achieved with His Grace, without it, we could not even think of Him. Having said that, Guru Jee tells us something, in order to clear the doubts which may arise when one wants to do His devotion, for one has seen so much, and so many methods of different races, dharams and places .... He clearly gives us the highest and at the same time the simplest way of performing His devotion, in order to achieve Him without any failures nor getting disheartened. Such highest is Gurbani He says: Prabh Ka Simran, sabh sey oochaa. Then about your second point of meditating at Amrit wela, though it is indeed very good, but I would say, even that is not suffice. Why? Because, the time spent in His bandagee at Amrit wela can be at most a couple of hours so to say,and the rest of the day we are much engaged in the mayavee creation, so still the balance is favourable towards the world, the mind is constantly running outside, so naturally when we sit for for bhakti, we shall see how the mind is strongly pushing us outside with sleep, or with all types of thoughts here and there. For that purpose, Fifth Patshahee in Dukh Bhanjan Sahib, tells us : ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਆਰਾਧੀਐ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ Aath Pehar Aaraadhheeai Pooran Sathigur Giaan ||1|| Rehaao || आठ पहर आराधीऐ पूरन सतिगुर गिआनु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Twenty-four hours a day, dwell upon the wisdom of the Perfect True Guru. ||1||Pause||. He says above, all the 24 hours should one meditate on Him. With these words, He does not mean to shut ourselves at home, and shun the world. With this, He means to say, apart from the Amrit wela, keep Him in your mind when you walk, eat, drink,sleep or are awake. You see the work is to be done with the body, but one can at the same time repeat His sacred Name within the mind effortlessly. Only when one has to do some sort of calculations or alike, of course we have to do our work diligently, but the idea is, to have Him present in our mind most of the time of the day, then only slowly and slowly, the mind will get the "rus" of His Amritful Name. It stimulates our lateral thinking : This lovely parable is from "Your Sacred Self" by Dr. Wayne Dyer. In a mother’s womb were two babies. One asked the other: “Do you believe in life after delivery?”The other replied, “Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.” “Nonsense” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?” The second said, “I don’t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t understand now.” The first replied, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.” The second insisted, “Well I think there is something and maybe it’s different than it is here. Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.” The first replied, “Nonsense. And moreover if there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.” “Well, I don’t know,” said the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.” The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists then where is She now?” The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her this world would not and could not exist.” Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.” To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you’re in silence and you focus and listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.” May be this was one of the best explanations to the concept of 'GOD'.

GRATITUDE There was a bird ?who lived in the desert, very sick, no feathers, nothing to eat and drink, no shelter to live and kept on cursing his life day and night. One day an Angel was crossing from that desert, bird stopped the Angel and inquired " where are you going?" Angel replied " I am going to meet God". So bird asked angel ' please ask God when my suffering will come to an end?' Angel said " sure, I will and bid a good bye to bird. Angel reached God's place and shared the message of bird to Him. Angel told Him how pathetic the condition of bird is and inquired when the suffering of the bird will going to end? God replied ' for the next seven life times the bird has to suffer like this, no happiness till then'. Angel said when bird will hear this he will get disheartened could You suggest any solution for this. God replied tell him to recite this mantra ' Thank you God for everything'. Angel met the bird again and delivered the message of God to the bird. After seven days the Angel was passing again from the same path and saw that bird was so happy, feathers grew up on his body, a small plant grew up in the desert area, a small pond of water was also there, the bird was singing and dancing cheerfully. Angel was astonished how it happened, God told for seven life times there is no happiness for the bird for next seven life times, with this question in mind He went to visit God. Angel asked his query then God replied yes it was true there was no happiness for the bird for seven life time but because the bird was reciting the mantra' Thank you God for everything' in every situation. When bird fell down on the hot sand it said thank you God for everything, when it could not fly it said thank you God for everything, so whatever the situation may be the bird kept on repeating Thank you God for everything and therefore the seven life times karma got dissolved in seven days. When I heard this story it landed me in a different energy zone, i felt a tremendous shift in my way of feeling, thinking, accepting and viewing life. I adopted this mantra in my life whatever the situation I faced I started reciting this mantra ' THANK YOU GOD FOR EVERYTHING'. It helped me to shift my view from what i did not have to what i have in my life. For instance if my head used to pain i thank God rest of my body is completely fine and healthy and i used to feel headache does not used to bother me. In the same manner i started using this mantra in my relationship, finance, love life, social life, business, friends, maids, colleagues and everything with which I can relate. I shared this story with my spouse and children too which brought a great shift in their behaviour. a)Yes jee, it is normal to an extent, those highs and lows mentioned by you. Just like when a child, befor he becomes stable in learning to walk, he falls several times, but gets up, does not give up. Then there comes a time, where he not only does not fall down, but even run. b)The sehaj avastha, is got per His Kirpa, His bakshish. For that, one has to do bhajan bandagee, not as per our states of mind low or high, but by giving daily and regular doses of His simran, as antidote to the mind; there is no other way. The Bani says: Prabh ka simran, man kee mael jaae. No jap, tap, pooja, paath, yoga pilgrimages, fastings or any other methods can ever purify the mind to get sehaj avastha, for that purpose, we have to go the the source of sehajtaa, and that is His Simran Bhakti. Brother, the main reason for moral decline, is that we are in the age of Kalyug. The answer to your question, could be an analogy, like if someone asked, why is it so cold in winter? Well, it is supposed to be cold in winter, or hot in summer. each season brings along its own climatalogical conditions. In a similar way, Satyug was and is different from the rest of the yugas, and altogether all the 4: Sayuga, Dwapur, Treta and Kalyug are different between them. But while there is decline for sure, Guru Sahiban have given us the freedom to choose righteousness, by following Gurmat implicitly, and get ourselves out from this mayavee creation, be it may Satyug though, and reach our Nijh Ghar Sachkhand, forever in the lap of Wahiguru Akal Purukh. You give the name of meditation and mantras to the numerous vikars related above of a dongee faujee, maybe because you use those techniques to survive, also to inflate your ego and arrogance, or simply to divert the attention of the sangat to another side, for them not to pay attention to your usual nonsense. I have never meditated as per your faulty mind, but you for sure, have been meditating on me, and freely releiving me from by heavy karam, with your wicked slandering.
