  10. We have attempted to contact the organisers of the Chaupai Sahib Bhog, however this has been to no avail. We desperately wish for both programmes to become one joint event. We therefore ask humbly for the sevadaars to contact us as a matter of urgency so that the proposal for there to be one single event can be confirmed. Please either email: sarbat09@hotmail.co.uk or telephone 07894 989 874 or 07947 687 203. It is strongly felt that there should not be two separate programmes on the same day as it defeats the whole object behind Sarbat ’09; for the sangat to enjoin together as one in remembrance of the unjust 1984 massacres. We genuinely hope that the issue will be resolved very shortly. It can however be confirmed in the meantime that all kirtanee and speakers are now booked. A fully revised poster will be posted up within the next few days. We ask for guidance from Sangat, therefore, please reply if you wish for both events to collaborate as one.
