gurfateh g are you a girl or boy? I am a girl n heres what I do , first layer kachera and kirpan second layer a leotard over my kachera which I bought at a dance store it is just like a swimsuit will fill sleeves though , over my kechera i wear swim skorts (skirt with shorts attached). If one does not want to show their legs ( i dont care about the leg hair I show it) than they can wear waterproof leggings (most leggings ar) or a skuba suit. As for the kirpan I just wear it under my leotard the same way as normal and i attach my kanga to it u can prolly attach ur kanga and tie the attached place with a patka so it doesnt move, Hope this helps

gurfateh sis dont worry at all, a dream is a dream, in reality a dream is what the inner emotions hidden within us are, inside we have alot of fear and paap, we are humans, under the blanket of vikaars, u need to trust God, the dream is your unconcious mind, the unconsious mind is our true self filled with sins, when we clean it we can see God but when we dont life is hell and we are dirty inside,so in order to stop such dreams u must fill your mind with goodness, the first step in lovingly meditate on God , thats the most important, start with five minutes a day, and do ardas so that ur thoughts become pure, just like when there is dirty water in a pot, and the pot is left under the rain, slowly new rain will fall and the dirty water will empty, in this way our minds are full of gand, gand we didnt know about, gandh from kam krodh lobh moh and hankar, even great yogis who spend there whole life in discipline, who have all ridhi sihis, even they cant clean their vikaars, our inside is only made clean by prema bhagti- loving God, so love God, meditate on him, love him,tell urself he is here, when u feel weak like gusa is about to come or ego remember these are enemies and they will cause nuksaan (loss) so stay away do ardas not een a need for a full standing ardas just in your mind pray to guru ji and ask guru ji to protect u from bad thoughts, keep ur sangat (enviornment) pure, listen to katha by great gurmukhs like audio books by maskeen ji and by bhai vir singh ji also youtube one of my favorite kathawachks bhai harpal singh ji, read gurbani, read sikh history because every action of our gurus had a meaning ,fill ur mind with good thougts than the bad will go away, u must clean ur subconcious mind........................................dont worry about the car thing...............trust God and do path.........................all God does is good :::::::::::::::::

well according to sikhi and grbani there are three main deaths one is death of the body the physical which is nothing and all who walk this earth will face this death two is a death of zameer or spirit ,when someone can be beautiful smart rich but still they do not live inside, they dont have union with God and their spirit is dead while they are alive, most of the world is dead in this death the third death is a death that some rare and lucky people have faced and it is death of the nijj, the self, the mind, the ego , this death is blessed because in death of the ego lies life of the soul, this is when people realize ananad and they can see and expiriance God within them - Sikhism is not about believing in the gardener, Sikhism is about expiriancing, through loving devotional worship, when Guru Gobind Singh Ji talks about who a Khalsa is his first condition is jagat jot, one whose inner light (ie the soul the image of God) is awakened, so one who has expirienced God, its not about waiting for the gardener Gurbani tells us Turak na chaa bharmiya chaa- dont kill your doubts (on rituals on God on logic) but kill doubt it self (expiriance Gods love so no doubt remains)- here both those in the garden are looking outwards to justify God to others, in Sikhi there is no need, you must look inwards to find God in yourself and once this happens your need to show other and be right will itself go away

with Gods grace I have memorised it a couple of years back, here is a good idea , u cant do it all at once, stanza by stanza, recite one stanza all day or all week (in addition to doing the path from the gutka) and that way you will learn it , however long it takes but stanza by stanza. here is an audio which will help. also know the meaning of what u say, here is an english katha with word by word translation in simple english of jaap sahib, it is taken from Prof Sahib Singh Jis nitnem steek and all the words are broken down to their roots and than a meaning is also done line by line here are two videos, one of jaap sahib in easy audio just follow the links and one of jaap sahib english katha easy to learn jaap sahib english katha of jaap sahib
