  1. some of questions and answers are soooo hilarious   :D I am laughing so hard that i could not think of any questions and if i don't die laughing   i will surely share the weirdest questions asked to me
  2. It is really very shameful, simply pathetic reflection of how far we Sikhs are from Sikhism. It is grave disrespect of Sikhism. Our Gurus were in fact the pioneers and staunch advocates of equal treatment and rights of females (probably the first ones in the world to come out so openly). A few years ago, when Akal Takht Sahib banned the practice of female feticide amongst Sikhs. I wrote a letter to the editor of a premier newsmagazine in India. I highlighted how Sikhism is the only religion in the world that constitutionally* rejects and forbids all the evils against females. Sati pratha (widow's self-immolation by jumping into/lying on husband's pyre), Parda (veil) System, Female Infanticide, Dowry, Child Marriage and now Female Feticide etc. have totally been rejected and banned. And how equal status to women is the main reason for the community's prosperity and erudition. But this stupid evil practice has grown with each passing day. And no matter how we try to convince the people outside Punjab that we Sikhs are good but we fail as the statistics present a different picture. I am too ashamed and I think I am not the only one here.
  3. Sant ji, One of the greatest Sikhs ever!!! I sometimes feel i would feel blessed if I could become and do a fraction of what he did. But sadly, he has been badly portrayed and wrongly presented by the state owned media of that time and we need to bring such posts out as much as we can to make people aware about his greatness.
  4. his email has changed and now it is blood_sucker@FATHERofcorruption.com you can also contact him at the following addresses: chief@hellbentToRuinSikhi.com Also, keeping in view how he played around with institutions of Sikhism i think he also has this address: captain@SikhiIsAGame.com kickhard@SikhInstitutions.com

  6. Please allow me to paste my APPEAL regarding this issue made on a prominent Sikh forum a few days ago. My aim to do this is to ignite some consciousness and inspire young Sikhs. Sat Sri Akal ji, Yours is a kind of post that brings silent tears. The amazing thing is that all the crimes against humanity in today's world has seen U.N.O. or countries like USA coming to the rescue of the victims and providing them relief, rehab and justice. Be it Pol Pot's Cambodia, Rawandan genocide of Tutsis, President Milosevic of Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herezgovina, Saddam's atrocities on Kurds, East Timor, Somalia, you name it and we have some kind of International Agency like International Court of Justice etc. working on it to provide justice to the victims. Or at least there has been a big hullabaloo in different parliaments! The cases of atrocities on Sikhs in last two decades tantamount to worst crimes against humanity. But no one has been arrested and tried in courts. It was such a well-planned conspiracy to commit a genocide. When I was growing up, I used to devour every material on contemporary Sikh martyrs and how Punjab Police and other agencies were committing a genocide in Punjab. So gruesome and horrifying were the details! How Sikhs between the ages of 16 to 35 were collected from villages, their hands and feet tied and thrown into Harike-Patan, Tarn Taran, to be the feed of carnivorous fish. There are so many more examples. Then I read about CBI which on the directions of the Supreme Court and High Court unearthed fake killings, flimsy encounters (some are really funny showing foolishness of the Police), extortion racket s and land-grabbing. The amazing thing is that many of the Policemen, SPOs, Police Cats (touts) etc. who could not bear the psychological brunt of killing so many innocents came forward and become approved witnesses, submitted affidavits against their seniors. And in Delhi they garlanded Sikhs with burning tyres and tubes and let them slowly burn to death, raped young Sikh girls and WHATNOT!!! Then I read a lot of Sikh philosophy and history and found that the words SIKH and MARTYRDOM are synonymous. And you know ji, I am not saddened by the deaths of so many Sikhs. No, I am not. I beleive that as a Sikh it is best to die for a cause than to have a die on a couch eating popcorns while watching cricket on TV. But I am too pained and tormented by seeing so many Sikh youth with shorn hair, consuming too much alcohol, tobbacco, opium and whatnot! Many a times, I feel helpless, but then I am reminded of the greatness of Sikhs and Sikhism and I feel encouraged. But certainly these boys and girls can't be the children of Gurus and martyrs. May be, every grown-up Sikh at that time lived as a true Sikh by dying for a cause. And hence, what remains is such people of no character. Don't ever be disheartened, I say it to myself and everybody(especially Sikh children). Singhs will keep on taking birth and history stands testimony to the fact that the wombs of Sikh-mothers bear better Sikhs everytime the older ones have been torturously killed. We are a community of deeewana people, deeply in love with God and His Word. Life and death do not bother the children of The Timeless One. What should bother us is our character and conduct. Charhdi Kala to all, and do whatever little in your own ways you can to bring justice to such innocents.

  8. Jahan veer, It seems like you have given words to my views. I have also read and loved your views on casteism on a different website (some sikh friendship site). After reading that post there you generated a lot of respect from me. I have also been very vocal against casteism. And have been using a pseudonym of SIKH SINGH on many websites etc. since many years just to emphasise that a SIKH is only a SIKH and his last surname shouldn't be a casteist surname. A Sikh is a Sikh whether he has Mongoloid Features or Arabic Lineage. I beli eve that HUMAN EQUALITY that Gurus preached loses its meaning when we Sikhs resort to caste system. I have written much against caste system but right now I want to say that this is the third time and second forum where i am seeing you raising this issue. It reflects that you understand what Sikhism basically stands for. Keep it up. Even I was born into a so called "high caste" but i denounced and rejected it the moment i understood Sikhism's stand on Human Equality. But i also know of a few good Sikh youngmen and women who talk a lot of good things about Sikhism but still can't come out of this casteist crap. Or may be they are bound in it due to parental or family pressure. I think shunning the caste system is the first step that one could take in becoming a Sikh. I will urge everyone here to shun the caste sytem and stop taking pride in it.
  9. And what does our Guru teach us? Guru Granth Sahib Jee repeatedly tell us to join with Naam simran and do sangat of uchee avastaa vale. Saadh Ka Sang, Naam Da Rang. :hmmm vwihgurU jI kw Kwlsw! vwihgurU jI kI &iqh!! Yeah, SATSANGAT, not of ONE ' SANT ', saying something something  bhull chukk maaf Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! Mr. Singh, I have been going through your posts and veer you really are an intelligent and smart Sikh and nothing makes me happier to see a Sikh who has developed a rational thinking-mind. keep it up veer ji. It is intelligence that can help Sikhs get the recognition they deserve in the world. love and regards,
  10. Then why veer, do we always complain that sikhi is not out there. People are not aware. THIS IS THE REASON. Believe it or not... this is the reason... bhul chuk maph! yes Daasn Daas veer i completely agree  , this really is the reason. I would also like to mention here that Christian Missionaries in order to spread their religion used to live in most inhospitable and hostile areas like deep african jungles. I think we can take a clue or two fro m them too. We must reach out to people with an open heart and a convincing mind to make them realize what Sikhism truly holds.
  11. Mr. Singh and Karen Kaur ji, thanks for the support. Mr Singh, thanks for appreciating my posts on other forums, though i have not written much on that particular site but i am proud of my views and stand on Sikhism everywhere. But please do not praise me as all praise be to martyrs who are my inspiration. Moreover, people like Hulk come and go, but I am very clear and firm on what i have to do regardless of what these type of people try to do to me. Sukhpriya ji, I have got your PM and I have repltied to it. Yes, everyone is welcome to be my friend. But I cherish those who show inclination towards Sikhism  Thanks for asking about my website, i am trying to upgrade with flash etc. or may be probably i will just give its contents and material to someone like VICKY SINGH who could use all that on one of his websites, as i don't believe in having too many websites giving out too little, rather i prefer one central resource which is helpful for every Sikh and non-sikh learner. So I am planning to give my website's contents to some good Sikh's already popular website.
  12. It is great that he has earned millions in such a young age. But allow me to ask a question that how come Sikhism is benefitting from his immense wealth? I mean shouldn't super-rich people like him also give out a substantial amount of money to make Sikhism grow and prosper? At least do some prachar? I really don't approve anyone having so much money and spending it on chartered flights or other extravagance than to spend it on the good of Humanity. I am sorry but i don't think having this or that car makes anyone any good. I hope we get the point.
  13. veer, even i have seen that man's replies and loved them too. Also, i think i have recommended this intelligent and rational response-letter to everyone on other forums also thanks for sharing it here also
  14. now does that "man" become a daddy or mommy
