The Opening Ceremony is on Sunday 25th October 2009. As it is half-term, there many programmes, events, workshops and seminars lined up for the whole week. These programmes are catered to all ages, both in English and Punjabi, for Sikhs and non-Sikhs. Bhai Kultar Singh Ji Delhi Wale, son of Late Ragi Avtar Singh Ji, are coming specially do kirtan for the whole week, amritvela and evening divans. He will also be conducting workshops in English and Punjabi. A special Sanjha Smagam has been organised for Friday 30th October 6pm-12.30am. This will be broadcasted live on The Sikh Channel.
