Those who wish to do more than the above may do so. - When you start your paath or meditation it is essential that you take a full bath and maintain your cleanliness throughout the day, this includes wearing clean clothes. - Every time you meditate or do paath, it is essential that you cover your head. It is a required mark of respect when reciting Gurbani. - During the 40 days of prayers, you must try your very best not to smoke, consume meat and alcohol or cut / pick your hair. -- - - These are against the Sikh Code of Conduct (‘Rehat Maryada’) - A calendar is provided on page 11 to help you keep track of your progress. I am not saying it’s ok or not only the akaal thakh can say it which they have, I agreeeeeeee with u about moneh, but this moneh have gone astray from Sikhi – (true path) on the other hand this muslim and hindus??? Not on the same path at all, Moneh can come back to Sikhism because that is the path the religion they are born in, but muslim and hindus ????
