Mind becomes jot saroop(IkOngkar-One non dual pure aware being) as Guru maharaj says- Man tu jot saroop hai apna mool painchain, absolute truth is perceived and expressed clearly via pure cognition driven by divine will than ego personal will. 2. Jot saroop is awaken universal unified pure awareness/consciousness - there is no individuality there nor there is separate mind, mind becomes unman(reference in gurbani) or mind becomes sanatan (ancient) see reference in gurbani. 3. Jot saroop can perceive and travel to various states of existence but not confined by them. 4. After merging, i am assuming you are talking about bhramgyan, after bhramgyan you realize the backdrop substratum truth (which is primal truth present all along - aad such jugad sach hai bhi sach nanak hosi bhi sach) you are that there is no separate somebody, other, there is only all pervading Vahiguru -one(Ekangkar/IkONGKAR) one without second. The Muslims, especially, are in no place to be critiquing the authenticity of our texts, considering their text wasn't even finalized 200 years after the death of Mo. Not to mention the removal of of verses that were once said to be a part of the text, and multiple versions varying to significant degree. The Panth was under constant attack since the beginning and I can only imagine how difficult it would have been to not only defend your own life, however Sikhi as well.

The speaker states that the movie is essentially a lie because the actor playing Guru Nanak is not in fact Guru Nanak ji. Which is true. Then he also states that the actor speaking the words of Guru Nanak is also unacceptable. I want to quibble with this a bit: When kathakaar says "And then Guru Nanak said such and such", he's also mouthing what he purports to be the actual words of Guru Sahib, which is also a "lie". And Suraj Prakash is also a lie, by the same standard. And when the kathakar mouths the words, he's basically speaking in the voice of Guru ji. So, why is that OK, but it's not OK when accompanied by an animation of Guru Sahib? Also, the vast majority of Sikhs don't have a problem with still-life paintings of Guru ji, so why an objection to animation? I do agree with not having actors playing Guru Sahib. Do note that I'm not saying we should have this movie, or these types of movies. Just asking questions. Also, I don't think that these types of movies should be made by random Sikhs. First, the whole panth should agree that it wants to make such a movie. If there is not agreement, then don't make it. If there is agreement, the SGPC should make the movie, and release it for free after it recoups its costs. The movie should not be a money-making vehicle for private entities.

I've never come across this in the Granth or have not heard anyone back up their claim with a quote from the Guru Granth. So in light of this, I don't see a problem because menstruation is a natural process, which was the creation of Waheguru. It is with this process that a child is born so I do not understand why its classed as wrong. However, if I am wrong, I am sorry. Could someone back up their claim with a quote? I don't think he's trying to be rude Veer Ji. Saying he should terminate himself isn't necessary. It's good to hear there are many authentic Saroops. Are they all identical? If so, then there's the answer. That's what he's asking I think. If Saroops are being stolen and destroyed, then the original authenticity must be protected.
