  1. Not to rain on your parade, but Baba Binod Singh was married; Nawab Kapur Singh was married; Baba Jassa Singh Ji was married- how do these modern day nangs, you mention, compare to those past Gursikhs then?

  2. Describing Santa's and Zaila's threesome with Indra now are we? Is that what was happening when the Akal Takhat was under heavy fire in June '84?

  3. Guru Hargobind to Guru Gobind Singh Ji (except Guru Harkrishan Ji) all led armies, yet also led a ghristi life. It’s very much possible to balance Saint and Soldier lifestyle. The argument that to be a leader you need to give up family life has been debunked all throughout Sikh history.

  4. Did they? Or is this another nang myth like obese-e-qaum Santa defended the panth in '84 and didn't bend over for Indra.

  5. What’s the reason the Jathedar has to be unmarried? That doesn’t make sense, Sikhi doesn’t advocate celibacy and embraces the family life.

  6. Don't digress from the topic at hand. I asked him as to why past Jathedars married and why these modern day Nangs refuse to marry outright. Not picking on only Balbiro Nang, but also Jogindra and Prema as well.

  9. How long did it take him to do that though? It was only when he saw an opportunity to promote himself at the expense of the Badals that he crawled to the Takhat. Nangs continually harp the anti-SGPC/Akali line, yet their great jathedar crawled to these very same institutes for forgiveness.

  10. The above pangtee refer to "Hari Jan". Before you jump the gun in defending Santa Sio as "Hari Jan", understand who exactly SatGuroo has called a a "Hari Jan" : ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਜਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪੈ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਭਗਤੁ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਨਹੀ ਛਪੈ ॥ Hari Jan jaaps naam 24/7 Hari Jan never hides If Santa Sio (as Jatheydaar..and as what his followers call him as "panth patshah"- so called) was truly a Hari Jan with 24/7 naam kamae, its unlikely any force in the world could have made him bend to Indhira. Secondly, as Jathedaar of guru ki fauj, we don't know where he was during and after when Sri Darbar Sahib was under attack. Many Sikhs turned their back on the Panth in 1984, but Santa Sio as not only remained dormant. He betrayed panth by bowing to Indhira . What does Gurbani say of a person like this? ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਸੰਕਟਵੈ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਭਜੈ ॥ If the servant runs away when his master(Satguroo) is in trouble, ਚਿਰੰਕਾਲ ਨ ਜੀਵੈ ਦੋਊ ਕੁਲ ਲਜੈ ॥੧॥ he will not have a long life, and he brings shame to all his family. ||1|| Santa Sio's jivan in panth ended when Panth declared him as tankhaiya. There is no sin in his ninda , neither was a "Hari Jan" in anyway.

  11. Kaurs back in the day, then, must have hidden in holes in the grounds? The Gurus, too, must have been tied under their family problems. The only ones not tied down, it seems, then must be all these nangs you mention and obese-al-qaum Santa.

  12. What seva? Killing each other? Bending over for the GOI? Attacking fellow Sikhs? Ripping off amateur wannabes in the UK? Soliciting with prostitutes whilst claiming Sarbloh Bibek?

  13. Familial neglection? Don't see much difference between the nangs and ascetics then.

  14. Why would you want to marry into a family that has such ridged views anyways? If someone judges you because you went to another country to study, then they aren’t worth your time. The impressions of others don’t mean anything, it’s all about the Guru.

  15. Nihang Witch Hunt? LoL, oh come on? Your going to do better than that if you’re going to defend a traditionalist sect that is dwindling in numbers and desperately trying to search for a way to be relevant in the modern age. Instead of sensationalizing this as a “witch hunt” just counter his arguements and move on. When you refuse to engage in a discussion, it’s inevetable that people will side with him or pressure you.

  17. Hello, I am new to Sikhism, but have immersed myself a lot and do morning Nitnem and Rehras Sahib and Kirtan Sohila consistently, as well as Simran once or twice a day. I am not at the point where I am keeping Kesh, or wearing a turban - although I would like to eventually, but will take my fiance some time to accept that... but, I have been sort of wearing a Karas. I like the idea of having something that is a constant reminder of my relationship with Waheguru and a reminder to follow the path when temptations arise. I have a traditional Karas, but the smallest size I can get over my hand is very large on my wrist, as I have small wrists, and is cumbersome and awkward at work - and I work a lot with my hands (in the medical profession). I have been looking for plain, steel bangles with clasps, although the smallest ones I can find still seem a little large on me. Are opened, cuffed steel bangles acceptable? I mean, anything would be acceptable for the purpose I want it for which is to be a reminder for myself of the path I have committed to and want to adhere to, but want to get the opinions of others, or to see if others have been in similar situations and how they remedied it. Currently I wear a wood bead prayer bracelet that I have from my longstanding time as a Buddhist. Thanks! Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh -I.

  19. I always find it interesting from a psychological viewpoint when one is so far up another’s, or, in this case, a collectives arse to the point where they can most probably taste the Dabur hair oil...the collective being the Dal Panth here, until alas...the tables have turned, kachera drops, and cheeks are spread for further ramming; the accuser who shouts “Nang” quite evidently becomes the “Nang” themselves. This, beyond a shadow of a doubt, leads to repressed anger as can be seen in this thread as well as sounding like a stroke victim speaking gibberish elsewhere on the interwebs. And then they say so many Nihangs are mentally unstable...OHH EM GEE...I rather disrespectfully disagree. Akaaaaaaaaaaluuhh!

  23. It’s all about self control and being with the right sangat. If you have friends that don’t drink or do drugs clubs and all that, then you’ll be ok. If your own town does it, then do it at home, then you get the benefits of no bills expenses etc and you may feel safer. London is a busy city and it depends on where you live now. Will you be able to cope with the shift?

  26. Waheguru Ji, Taking my leave from this forum (indefinitely) due to finishing my studies and moving back to Kaanada to continue further research there in my field. Wanna thank the many people on this forum for everything I learned and for everyone I bickered with Special thanks to Simran Penji for being so nicer to everyone and being so motherly, special thanks to MrDoaba for being my partner in our joint efforts to corrupt the sikh youth (Jai Mata Di!), to JFKLondon penji for being a regular and actually teaching me a bit with her posts, to SIngh12345678 for being someone who knows what the context of a joke is, for JSinghnz for showing that even our good old special people in society play an important part (im just kidding, dont execute me by guillotine) and thanks also to SINGH bhaji for bring all of these people together.

  27. Some nihangs in the chakarvarti dal who are constantly on the move around in Punjab have dedicated their life for the seva of others. When I was in the dal, they said that people are always tied under their family problems, and having a family would make it harder for them as their wife cannot come into the chakaravrti dal while she’s pregnant as it would be too hard for her to move every three days, therefore they remain unmarried so they can freely do their seva without any problems.

  28. The true current Jathedar of Budha Dal is 96 krori Jathedar Baba Prem Singh ji. Baba Joginder Singh, in order to save his status has accepted the dog balbir as Jathedar, And has announced Joginder Singh as Jathedar of raqba. Baba prem Singh ji is the only Jathedar who is against balbir and just a couple months back Baba Bahadur singh ji who as the meet Jathedar with baba prem Singh ji was shot dead by balbirs nangs and they are now resting in sachkand. However amidst all of this Raqbe vale Jathedar and Nanded vale Jathedar are still close friends and baba Joginder Singh ji went to the funeral of baba Bahadur Singh ji. ?? It’s just balbir the d**k creating commotion in the Panth. Here are some pics of raqbe vale and Nanded Jathedar together: true Jathedar is the mahapurakh on the right in both pics with the aad Chand on their dumalla. Sachkhand vasi shaheed baba Bahadur singh ji is the mahapurakh set as my profile pic
