  1. Guest Jee, I am a heavy sinner all by myself, to sing His glory and explain it to anybody or make somebody, is out of my reach. For it is all by His kirpa, that we come to understand the pure paviter Bani in its full meausre. The Bani is so pure, that our corrupted minds fail to grasp its message, and the depth in it. Usually most of us, just swim just on the surface, thus we get nothing, for the true gems and pearls are got by diving deep into the Bani, which means living our lives faithfully accordingly to the Bani. Now, the Bani has the answer to the question you asked me, which is, the following jewel from Sri Sukhmani Sahib: Prabh kay simran gyan dhyaan tat budh. Which means: His Simran, brings us Braham Gyan and Tat Gyan (highest level of Braham Gyan). We start to listen to GurBani and start to understand it from within. This motivates us to further adopt GurBani in our daily life. Our commitment and belief in Gurbani and Akal Purakh just keeps on enhancing. When we do the Jaap of the Gurmantar Wahiguru, our dirty minds gets rubbed and cleansed from all its impurities, then only we start seeing and appreciating the true worthiness and the real beauty of the Bani, till then we are are mere parrots, means, only good, at tongue. Bani is a living consciouss force of Supreme Truth, which we have to implant it in our minds and hearts, through bhakti, to get the full benefits from it, and not just at the mouth/tongue. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal. P.S: please get an account here, as suggested by the brothers above, it is free.

  2. Brother Jacfsing2, Thanks for your asking for clarification, anyhow in my opinon, I now see that maybe in my haste and though I had it in mind, I forgot to mention exactly that Sikhee by itself has no enimity towards not only hindus but any other religions. Sikhee stands by its very own strength, the power of our beloved Guru Sahiban, and not by belittleing other dharmas. For Sikhee is a path of love, of devotion, of truth, at a personal one to one level with Wahiguru Akal Purukh. If our face is towards the Sun, there is no darkness, no rivalary, no enemity, in summary no spiritual darkness, only His Light which permeates all beings in equal refulgence, irrespectively to what dharam they may belong. Is it not Wahiguru who has created each and everyone? Or is it Akal Purukh created us and Allah created muslims or Vishnu to hindus? Wahiguru Akal Purukh has Himself created all of them. Do we think anybody can go against His hukum? If others are born in other dharamas, what is their fault? Nobody is asked where, when, or in which dharam you want to be born. For not having choice, we do not even come with a particular name with us, so you see from a higher spiritual perspective how can anyone be blamed for their fate? One can choose to be a criminal or a pious person, or choose to be good than hurtful, for these things we can suggest somebody to stop being bad, but that also works relatively, because even our character is based on our past karam, against which nobody can go, and above all it is His kirpa on us paapee which can make us from a rusted piece of iron, into a diamond. After all who are we to change anybody else, when we ourselves are at full faults. Being born into Sikhee is a real blessing, which is the first step towards our spiritual uplift, but we need to be good human beings, otherwise no spiritual progress is ever possible, for He is an infinite immaculate Ocean of goodnesss, and if we pretend to merge in Him, we have to become spotless, thus arise above our personal differences and limitations, do His akhoot bhakti, only then can we unite ourselves with Him, becoming one with Him. Until then, we are very much entangled in me, mine, yours, theirs. There is a quotation from the Bani which I heard in a katha of Sant Maskeen Singh, where it says: dharam bhoomee ka jisko abhiman, so andhaa moorakh agyaan. So you see, as said in my post above, all conflicts, confrontations, wars, quarrels are work of the blind mind, very much in the deep well of haume, so it is the minds who lacks clarity of the Jot of Wahiguru, who sees variety which is koor, thus personal or colective differences of all types, and from there on, we put more chains of karam on us. And this is not Sikhee what teaches us, so Sikhee does not have any rivalary against any dharam. Sikhee is farther highest than anything and anyone. In the end it is the lack of clarity in peoples mind, which fills them with the poison of the 5 deadly chor, of which nobody can escape, unless one attaches oneself at His Lotus Feet, then one sees nothing but only His bhanaa at all levels, such is His apaar mahima. Brother Jacfsing2, I hope I have somehow answered your queries, if not, please do not hesitate to pour out your valuable insight on this matter. Sat Sree Akal.

  3. Guest saddened Hindu Jee, Sikhee is above all jaat, paat, genders or any race superiority. You see, all religious conflicts are created by the mind, and the poor fools, turn out into fanatics or fundamentalists, be them of any country or dharam; and it is very sad to say, that hardly any community is not infected with this disease of discrimination. Whether hindus, muslims, christians, or sikhs in name, those who create and enter into conflicts, racism, discriminations, is mainly because none of them have gone deeper into what their religions teach them to do, which is forget about everything and everybody else around you and get focused on the divinity within you through devotion; and this, it is evident that nobody does. In our Aartee, we listen some golden words of our Guru Sahiban : Sabh meh Jot, Jot hae soeee. This means, His Light permeates all beings. Now these words of Guru Jee, reveal the mental state of a highly evolved avastha being who has merged His consciousness in Him, thus, that being sees Him alone in everyone and every place. Our Guru Sahiban, only speak the Truth, about which they themselves have experienced within, and share with all the humanity without any limitations. The rest of us all mortals, we just keep ourselves limited within the four walls of haume, agyanta, koor and krodh, thus our spiritual blindness. No spirituality is gained by mere intelectualism, rather by putting into action the teachings of love and devotion to Him alone, in our case as Sikhs. I would advise you, to leave anybody who promotes hatred and discrimination, do not mind them, no matter if you stand alone in the whole world, because after all, each and everyone has to account for his/her karam, and there no friendship, no chat group, no leaders, no specific community, nor zaat paat is taken into consideration, but only one´s bhakti and love for the Supreme Truth, Wahiguru Akal Purukh. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.

  4. sikhism isn't real sikhi. sikhism is the religion which these haters follow, this definition was created by British during colonial times. the dharmik sikhs follow sikhi, sikh panth. same with real Hindus. firstly, real hindu term applies as a geographical term for hindustan/bharat/india - but still not a wide term used in ancient times. Gurus include stories of the ancients in bani, such as Grur, NarSingh avtar and bhagat PRahlad, Chandi, Sumbh and Nisumbh etc hinduism is again a colonial definition - you cannot package a whole ancient civilisation and it's traditions and cultures into 1 religion. In school they never did this for Ancient Greeks, Romans and Egyptians, so why for Bharat? it's not the dharmik people who are speaking filth and slander towards each other, it's the religious and ritualistic people of Kaljug - the same kind of ritualism that Guru Nanak stopped during on the Udasis.

  5. In order to make it a habit, you dont have to force yourself up at 3.a.m. What time can you naturally wake up. For a start, try to connect with your nitnem at any time. If you can waake up at 4, 5 or 6 do that. Slowly bring thei time down by 15 minutes. This will give you time to connect with your nitnem - which means you will miss something, when you dont do it. Bringing the time forwards slowly give allow you to adjust your time gradually.

  8. Was just thinking. Most of Gurbani is not in punjabi. Most of it is in allied/sister languages. I am thinking this might have been deliberate in the sense that our Gurus were opening doors for people from different lands/cultures like other parts of Indian sub-continent and Middle East to adopt Sikhi more easily. So, for example, could Sikhi still flourish even if most of it's population in future spoke, say, Hindi or Urdu or Marathi as their first language, and they were not culturally Punjabi? Does anyone know the syllabus of Sikh schools in India, like Baru Sahib-run institutions? Do they teach sanskrit or Farsi or other Indian languages apart from Hindi and Punjabi? Please share your throughts

  9. The main challenge is getting out of bed. If you can do that, it's a lot easier. Sticking your phone on the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Someone i knew used to drink a pint of water before bed. When they woke up, they would be bursting for the loo so they had to get out . Once you develop a routine, it becomes a lot easier. It's much harder to initiate change than to maintain it.

  14. Just received this message/information, not sure how true it is, but sharing to be just on the safe side, in case it happens with us or any of our relatives or friends. Dear All, Be Careful At the Indian Airports This is a well organized conspiracy by Indian Immigration, Police, Customs and Air India staff with networking at all the Indian International Airports. Be watchful when ever you give your passport to Immigration/ Customs/Air India staff. The passport can be easily tampered and can create trouble to you. They have found easy way of making money from NRIs. This is the way it works: At the time of the passenger's departure, if the passenger is not looking at the officer while he is stamping the exit, the officer very cleverly tears away one of the page from the passport. When the passenger leaves the immigration counter, the case is reported on his computer terminal with full details. Now all over India they have got full details of the passenger with Red Flag flashing on the Passport number entered by the departure immigration officer. They have made their money by doing above. On arrival next time, he is interrogated. Subject to the passenger's period of stay abroad, his income and standing etc., the price to get rid of the problem is settled by the Police and Immigration people. If someone argues, his future is spoiled because there are always some innocent fellows who think the honesty is the basis of getting justice in India. Please advise every passenger to be careful at the airport. Whenever they hand over the passport to the counters of Air India, or immigration or the customs, they must be vigilant, should not remove eyes from the passport even if the officer in front tries to divert their attention. Also, please pass this information to all friends, media men and important politicians. Every month 20-30 cases are happening all over India to rob the NRIs the minute he lands. Similar case has happened with Aramco's Arifuddin. He was travelling with his family. They had six passports. They got the visa of America and decided to go via Hyderabad from Jeddah. They reached Hyderabad. Stayed about a month and left for the States. When they reached the States, the page of the American visa on his wife's passport was missing. At the time of departure from Hyderabad it was there, the whole family had to return to Hyderabad helplessly. On arrival at Bombay back, they were caught by the police and now it is over 2 months, they are running after the Police, Immigration officers and the Courts. On going in to details with him, he found out the following: One cannot imagine, neither can believe, that the Indian Immigration dept can play such a nasty game to harass the innocent passengers. All the passengers travelling to & fro India via Bombay and Hyderabad must be aware of this conspiracy. Every month 15 to 20 cases are taking place, at each mentioned airport, of holding the passengers in the crime of tearing away the passport pages. On interviewing some of them, none of them was aware of what had happened. They don't know why, when and who tore away the page from the middle of the passport. One can imagine the sufferings of such people at the hands of the immigration, police and the court procedures in India after that. The number of cases is increasing in the last 2-3 years. People who are arriving at the immigration, they are questioned and their passports are being held and they have to go in interrogations. Obviously, the conspiracy started about 2 to 3 years ago, now the results are coming. Some of the Air India counter staff too are involved in this conspiracy. KINDLY SEND THIS TO AS MANY AS YOUR FRIENDS ACROSS THE WORLD AND ALSO REQUEST THEM TO CHECK THE PASSPORT AT ALL THE CHECKING COUNTERS, AND BEFORE LEAVING THE AIRPORT.......

  15. I had a bad experience with Air India last time I went to India. I found their customer service isn't good and they don't have the proper communication or facilities for their passengers requirements. It's put me off travelling with them. If one can, they should take photo copies of the passport page that has the residency status. I'm not sure taking them with you is a good idea, but have it electronically stored, e.g.: mail box.

  16. Eat First Yesterday l went to a restaurant. l saw there was a WiFi service, so l asked for the password. The waitress told me eat first, so l placed my order. After eating l asked again for the password, and again, she told me eat first. Feeling frustrated, l ordered black coffee. After coffee, again l asked for the password. They told me eat first. Then angrily, l walked to the restaurant manager and asked for the password. He replied eat first !!! l was about to explode, when I finally saw a sign on the wall indicating "WiFi password...EAT FIRST". This shows that most of us are waiting for an answer from God after we have prayed, but we don't listen to what He is saying to us. Sometimes, the Lord is showing us an open door, but we keep asking for direction, instead of looking at the door He has opened. May His wisdom guide us, and His power open our spiritual eyes, to see the answers to our prayers. Also, may we learn to listen to Him. Sat Sree Akal.

  20. For one wake up to gurbani, it's too early to be listening to loud music lol.. Secondly daas personally uses Sleepyti.me (for finding a sleep schedule), then find a solid time that allows you to get in 6 solid sleep cycles, sleep at that time. Now this one is hard for many, make it permanent. Say you want to wake at 2am and the website says to sleep at 7:30pm, sleep and rise on those times every single day (weekend or weekday). As for pushing yourself to get out of bed, first and foremost get awake and do a jakara at the top of your lungs, if you live alone, if not go outside and run until you sweat (you can question my methods, but not my results; so trust me). Another thing cut out junk in your diet (try to eat clean, so you won't feel lethargic). Working out hard will also help. Some more tips -As soon as your done with your run (or jakara) make your bed; this will instill some discipline and give you a sense of accomplishment, plus you'll be less likely to jump in if you know that you just fixed it. -Before you go to sleep, don't use your phone for 1 hour -Throw your blanket or rajaee off and jump out of bed -Make getting out of bed fun, this one is up to you.. but daas starts busting out push-ups when I rise NOTE: even if you get late for one night, still wake up at 2 no matter what; also when I said make your bed I mean bedsheets and all, not just covers. These were just my tips you don't have to use them, but you are more then welcome to try it..

  21. 1. First, welcome to Sikhsangat. Here's my humble approach to your question. Let me start off by apologizing for the Sikhs who made you feel bad. That's not a good thing to do: ਸਭਨਾ ਮਨ ਮਾਣਿਕ ਠਾਹਣੁ ਮੂਲਿ ਮਚਾਂਗਵਾ ॥ Sabhanaa Man Maanik Thaahan Mool Machaangavaa || The minds of all are like precious jewels; to harm them is not good at all. Jae Tho Pireeaa Dhee Sik Hiaao N Thaahae Kehee Dhaa ||130|| If you desire your Beloved, then do not break anyone's heart. Salok Baba Sheikh Farid 2. OK, now since we've established that, I'd like to explore why some people might be ornery toward Hindus. Imagine you're a person, a man, a human being. The leaders of a group of people, lets call them "Hindus", decide that you and your family and relatives are going to pick up their sh#t. Literally. (I don't swear, but I'm just using the word for illustration of the nastiness of the subject.) Or that you're going to be picking up the dead animals of the village, tanning them, and making leather goods of the hides. Nothing wrong with being a leatherworker, except when people call you names, cross the street when you pass, are literally afraid of your shadow (as in not wanting to be in your shadow because they think they'll get a disease from your shadow), don't allow you go into certain streets, throw you out of their religious places, and also don't allow you to choose a different profession if you want, don't allow you to read books of religion, and threaten to pour lead into your ears if you happen to hear religious verses. Do you comprehend the utter inhumanity of such a system, where people, with just a word, can cut your heart, and deny your essential worth? Do you think that at some point you would say, "F*** this sh#t; (literally)! And f*** all you all!"? I think that would be an entirely reasonable reaction. And yet you are surprised that people are making anti-Hindu jokes? Again, I'm not saying that people should make anti-Hindu jokes. I'm just saying it's quite understandable if people should do that. This would be similar to blacks in America making fun of white people, possibily with totally uncalled for jokes, like jokes on white men's masculinity, p*nis size, etc. The jokes are hurtful, but you do understand why they would want to denigrate a group that treated them like animals, right? ਤੁਮ ਕਤ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਹਮ ਕਤ ਸੂਦ ॥ Thum Kath Braahaman Ham Kath Soodh || How is it that you are a Brahmin, and I am of a low social status? Ham Kath Lohoo Thum Kath Dhoodhh ||3|| How is it that I am formed of blood, and you are made of milk? Raag Gauri Bhagat Kabir, p324 3. Let's take another aspect of this: You have people who are not themselves cr*p-lifters or tanners. They're just appalled by the sheer inhumanity of the "Hindu" system. (I put "Hindu" in quotes because I don't want to get sidetracked on the definition of Hindu.) For them, the scavengers and leatherworkers are not pariahs, the real pariahs are those who have made the scavengers and leatherworkers into pariahs. This would be similar to non-blacks in America considering the KKK (who believe blacks to be sub-human) to be pariahs and making fun of them. Everybody in America makes fun of or condemns the KKK, from comedian Stephen Colbert to the President of the United States, Donald Trump (both white men, one on the Left, the other on the Right). Do you think the KKK (people who denigrate the likes of you, a non-white) should be denigrated? Have you ever complained that the KKK is being denigrated? 4. Another aspect: Let's say you're a Sikh living in, say, Delhi. You're embarrassed by your Punjab-residing cousins, whom the media portrays as rabble-rousers or even terrorist. You don't want to look like a terrorist, so you don't have an untied beard. You tie your beard up neatly, you wear a starched, "smart" turban with pins, not a "terrorist turban". You don't wear Punjabi clothes, you wear a shirt and slacks or jeans and a t-shirt, nice shoes. You don't speak Punjabi unless at home, you speak English or Hindi. You don't even take Punjab's side in stuff like river-water allocation, or whatever. And yet ... when you walk down the street or in your college, you're welcomed with "Baran vajj gaye, Sardar ji?" ("Has the clock struck 12?"). And also, in social situations, you're forced to listen to "sardarji jokes", and also to laugh along to show you're a good sport (i.e., a good little trained monkey self-hating Sikh). Do you think that, at some point, some Sikh, somewhere, might get the bright idea, "Hey, there are all these Sardarji jokes. Why don't we make some Panditji jokes?" Again, I'm not supporting hateful jokes (see point #1 above). But do you understand why someone might want to turn the tables? 5. As for the religious aspects, I would like to start by asking you, do you consider Guru Nanak ji to be a Hindu? I know that many (most?) Hindus do. Also, do you consider Sikhs Hindus? Many (most?) Hindus do. That's not surprising, because the Constitution of India says Sikhs are Hindus. Now, given the Sikhs are, legally, Hindus, and Hindus consider Sikhs Hindus, if a bunch of Sikhs crack some jokes on Hindus, is there a problem? Basically, it's just Hindus cracking jokes on Hindus. Shouldn't be a problem, right? As for criticizing Hindus, I and almost every other member of this site criticize, make fun of, and decry Sikhs all the time on this site. Given that, and also if Sikhs are Hindus, they are just Hindus criticizing Hindus. Again, not a problem, right? Please consider my points seriously. And also please answer all the questions above in response, they are not just rhetorical. Bhul chuk muaf.

  22. The reason why Jews are successful is because they were pushed around for 2000 odd years and within that period, that community gradually learned to value education, climbing up the ranks whilst offering use to and political leverage. I can't believe you're spewing all this zionist world domination nonsense. Israel isn't the only country to ban pornography. Not like it's ban deters anyone anyways. This mumbo-jumbo is an evolved carry over of the medieval anti-semitism. Also, I'm not sure you've ever known Jews, personally. Their women marry outside of the faith frequently. They're a community that values education, innovation, and that looks out for its own. I can't believe I'd end up reading that on this forum.

It would require learning how to pie an area, Assembling and disassembling rifles and handguns along with their anatomy and the science of it all, Learning how to move at any needed pace and adjust your aim and focus accordingly, surveilling or clearing any given area, etc. It's a lot. 27. The power of forgiveness Forgiving others is not for their sake, it is for our own sake, for our mental health. Know that, you have the power to do it and just do it. Open your mind to the vastness of this universe. Wake up and see that seven billion people are on this planet, everyday many are being hurt, everyday many are dying. Whatever big thing you are hanging on to about someone’s action towards you, know that it is your karma that made them act that way with you. If not that person, some other person would have given you the same experience. This is what you need to realize, this is what you need to see. When you get a nasty email, you don’t throw your computer or laptop because you’ve got a nasty email. Whatever email came, the laptop just reflects that. Similarly, people are like laptops. You don’t need to forgive them, you simply need to have a better understanding. If you ask them, sometimes, they also may not know why they behaved that way, why they did acts that hurt you. Look at life from a bigger perspective, behind every event there is knowledge, behind every person there is love, behind every object there is infinity, just know this, watch this, get this, that’s it.

  30. Exactly what I'm saying. Religion, at the end of the day, is dogma, and it needs to be followed, in order to live the life the religion has entailed. If one doesn't like it, then change your religion, simple. I think there are people who don't want to follow religion, and think that reaching God can be done without a set of dogmas, and that is absolutely fine imo, and I am not saying they are worse or better than anyone, but what I'm saying is that if you identify as Sikh, then you will have to follow the dogma. Otherwise, don't identify as Sikh. It's not like the Sanatan Dharma where can you practice anything and everything which sometimes is contradictory in nature and still be considered a part of the community. We have room for interpretation and openness to a certain extent, but we also have certain outlined rules to follow.
    1 point
  31. But our Gurus did ultimately define Sikhi and layed down a dogma for us in the GGS, one that needs to be followed, right? The principals are part of the Sikh dogma, and the dogma preserves the message. Now I could be looking at this from a very narrow-minded perspective, but I'm sorry brother, I'm unable to understand how upholding the dogmas will compromise the principals, when they're interdependent on each other. And yes you're right that Sikhi is sanji, however if you have some people bringing in their own inference to Sikhi, which clearly goes against its principles, such as casteism, and they identify as Sikhs, then I think we as a community must take action and correct those miscreant ways, otherwise those certain inidividuals aren't following the Sikh way of life, which itself is very clearly defined and fleshed out.
    1 point
  32. And I'm not saying we should ignore what they're doing. All I am saying is we need to first know what is a Sikh, which most of our population does not know. You will find many so-called Sikhs agreeing with Rajiv Malhotra's claims, due to their lack of knowledge on Sikhi, so when our own stand divided, how can we combat these foreign forces as one united group. We can't stop these people from talking unless we combat it as a united force. When one Sikh will deny any relation to Hinduism, ten other Sikhs will stand up saying we are connected to them - so in the end, the struggle becomes useless and futile. We need internal reform, before we can combat these type of people. And regards to the like of Sakshi and her anti-Sikh sentiment, well it isn't a new thing at all. It's always been present (think of Gangu) however with the rise of the BJP and Hindu nationalism in India, more and more people like her are becoming vocal about it. The reason we have to endure this, is because of the mistakes our elders made in not securing a separate country during the Partition. But our generation of Sikhs aren't any better, for we too are making similar mistakes as our elders. I'm sure Sakshi will be slammed with hate speech charges, perhaps a Sikh lawyer in India can get on this and escalate this case, although I think they're dealing with it: http://news.statetimes.in/police-probing-conspiracy-to-break-hindu-sikh-unity-search-for-sakshi-bhardwaj-intensified/

  33. Let him, or anyone for that matter say whatever they wish about Sikhs. What truly matters is what we, as Sikhs, believe in. Do we truly believe that we are a sect of Hinduism, who uphold the caste system, do pointless rituals such as pilgrimages/fasts/idolatry, or do we believe none of that and follow only what's written in the GGS, and go about living life according to it? Because there are many so-called Sikhs that adhere to the caste system and conduct those mentioned pointless rituals, you can't help but see that our own people are agreeing indirectly through their actions to what Rajiv Malhotra is saying. However, if you are the latter type, then you should not be hazed by comments coming from such insignificant people and should stay firm in your way of life. The Hindus name-call us a sect, because they see us doing exactly what they do. Until our Sikhs don't follow the guidance of the GGS, such people will always exist. It is not their fault, it is ours. Let's not give them a chance to call us out on practicing their pointless rituals/caste-ism. When most of the Sikh population itself believes that Sikhs are very much a part of Hinduism, then why does it matter if an outsider says so. We need to change ourselves first, in order to change others.

  34. Likewise, your responses to my posts have encouraged great conversation, and have even challenged me in the sense that I've had to organize my wandering thoughts about Sikhi, and deliberately debate over my own beliefs in order to clearly respond to you. Now, in response to your claim that sending out parchariks to educate others would be a sign of hankar, I disagree with this. I think it would be egotistical of us to assume that we know better than others, but in this instance, we aren't assuming that, we are instead seeing the result of lack of Sikh knowledge, in the form of deras and Sikh youth being absorbed by drugs. To assume that I am very knowledgeable, and that you are not so much, would be egotistical of me. To see that you are struggling with something of which I can offer assistance, is not egotistical, but being helpful and productive. Having pride in one's knowledge gained is hankar, using that knowledge to help others, is teaching. A parcharik is simply one that educates and clears doubts, like a teacher. And so if teaching the illiterate or unlearned is considered hankar, then how would any learning be ever achieved. And if the ones that are confused regarding Sikhi, assume that they know what's right, then is that not hankar either. By teaching from the GGS, the parchariks will simply be expelling doubts that the general population has regarding Sikhi, and it doesn't even have to be on the assumption that others are confused, but simply a routinely recital of the GGS and its colloquial meaning to serve as a reminder to Waheguru. Coming to your second point, I can agree that Jugraj Singh was not a parcharik that would be able to cater to all demographics, but do we really need a parcharik that can? If a certain parcharik caters to all demographics, will he/she not be spreading themselves out too thin, and how will they cater to the nuances of each demographic. Because interest is extremely important to hook the general population to parchariks, and if the interests of a certain group of people are not being catered to, then no connect will form between them and the parcharik. And lastly, I think it would be egotistical of any parcharik or person to think that they can emulate the knowledge, and caliber of the Gurus, and thus I don't think we'll be seeing such a parcharik as the one you described, ever. All love to you as well my brother, and let me know what you think.

  35. Sri Manglacharan Puran Ji is the real name of Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib. In the scripture, the author Guru Gobind Singh Ji writes Himself the name of the Granth at the end and calls it Sri Manglacharan Puran. At the end of the story of Sarbloh Avatar, Guru Gobind Singh Ji writes: ਪੰਚ ਸਹੰਸ੍ਰ ਸਲੋਕ ਯਾ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾ ॥ ਇਕ ਤਿਸ ਕੋ ਮੰਗਲਾਚਰਣ ਪੰਥਾ ॥ This Granth [is comprised of] 5,000 Saloks, the story of 'Manglacharan' has been described within it. There are 700 Saloks in praise of the Devi, and 1200 Saloks describing the [various Vishnu] Avatars. [sarbloh Granth Vol 2, page 836, pub. by Budha Dal] The start of the Granth begins with the praise of the Devi, Maha Maya [The Great Illusion]. Then the story of Manglacharan begins which refers to the story of Sarbloh Avatar, an avatar of Mahakal who must destroy the Demon Beerajnaad to uphold Dharam. After the story of Sarbloh Avatar is described there begins another section which is a condensed version of the Chaubis Avatar in Dasam Guru Granth Sahib. This section contains the stories of the following Vishnu Avatars: - Mach (fish) Avatar - Kach (tortoise) Avatar - Barhā (Wild-Boar) Avatar - Nar Singh (Half Man half lion) avatar - Purshraam Avatar - Rām Avatar, called 'Bīj Ramaein' - Krishna avatar, called, Dasam Sakand (tenth chapter of Bhagvad Purana) For more information on Manglacharan Puran (Sarbloh Granth) please visit www.manglacharan.com Please join the Facebook Group to view small quotes of Sarbloh Granth being translated and for news on updates on the site - http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=104611966254089&ref=ts Upcoming articles on the site: - Grishti [married] Maryada Updesh [teaching] from Sarbloh Granth- Passage from Suraj Prakash Granth explaining the history of Dusht Daman [Guru Gobind Singh Ji in his past life]

  36. Why is it hurtful? Do you not recognize sikhi as distinct and separate or do you consider it just a part of hinduism I never said you as an individual did anything I was specifically talking about your people and your leaders(i.e hindus who have malicious intent toward sikhs and skhi) Pretty specific question for a 6 year old to ask your child is smart for 6 year old Another good question so why are you there if you think all those people hate you? Well maybe they should go do some research and pick up a few books the "reason behind it" would than become clear or should I say reasons as there are many. In this case history is remembered 84 and the bloody decade that followed was not that long ago Once again you have a smart child good for you and good for her No we dont its the other way around Oh please spare me the bs I've heard this bullsh!t a million times before. So your offended by the fact that we dont forget our history and still remember what your people did to us but your not offended by the fact that the hindu politicians who led hindu mobs to murder and rape our innocents are still walking around free to this day forget being punished they were given high level positions and top level protection from the central government.Your not offended by the fact that Gen Brar is seen as a hero by hindus everywhere for desecrating our holiest shrine. Your not offended by the fact that psychopathic mass murderer and rapist kp gill was seen as a hero by hindus everywhere for killing and raping our innocents(not saying gill and brar were hindus just pointing out that they are seen as hereos by hindus) Your not offended that our shaheeds who sacrificed everything for us are falsly labeled as terrorists by your people. Dont lie you probably thought of gen brar and kp gill as hereos yourself.People like you are the worst type of snakes you hide the venom in your heart behind kind words.

  37. zionism is not necessarily about judaism but about world domination ... there are loads of everyday jews who are against the zionist agenda i.e. that the rest of the planet is designed to work for the jews who will be reaping the rewards . I have loads of jewish friends and it is they who say that talmudic jews are the most messed up . There may be marrying out by it is not common at all in the homeland as I have said , Jewish lads are constantly harangued if they marry out because that means their kids are not jews as Jewish heritage passes from Mother to kids . they are a community that values control, position and power over the majority whether achieved by intellectual, monetary or military means . If it was just for looking out for their own , why all the interference in world affairs including current arming Burma to kill Rohingya muslim despite world condemnation? Why the historical ties to international slave trade and historically being the people with the most slaves on American soil? As for those deluded sikhs who look at jews and say we should be like them err, think carefully about what they did to be in that position. We can do so much better, with cleaner hands and consciences

  38. Yes in rural areas,Urban areas have already adopted Urdu. Now even in rural areas people are adopting Urdu.Punjabi is considered a language of Pendus. If you visit any school, college or university you will hardly find any one speaking Punjabi. It does not mean that students or teachers do not know Punjabi. They are afraid that if they spoke punjabi, they would have bad impression.

  39. actually porn is part of the zionist agenda to undermine/subvert other moralistic faiths, family structures and societal values of non-zion countries so they can be subdued and brought under the rule of the one world regime.

  40. Whatever weve been "taught" has been by your people and leaders and if you wanna be saddened by anything it should be by the actions of your community towards us. As for your so called friends who talk sh!t about you behind your back well they are probably not your real friends than. Sorry if i sounded blunt.
