  1. It's also for people like you and other respectable members that we are here too. There is so much that we can learn from your posts, but the fact is we forget what we are really here for and get stuck in unwanted stress, which is not good for our souls.Kira ji was a good poster, many a thing I could learn from his posts.

  2. Kaurp Pen jee, It is better to be surrounded by positive people, which care for you at any cost. Then it is also useful to be self confident and believe in oneself. The world is negative by nature will try to put you down in one way or the other, but if you believe in yourself, then lesser the chances to be attaked and wounded. Sometimes, to defend oneself, though one is peace lover, give some punches(not necessarily physical punches) in return to the ill wishers, to show them, nobody can behave badly or come out with their nonsense and get away without getting something in return. You see the world is like that, they do not like being decent or fair, they are just mad dogs, they just know how to bark ..... so just give them a good kick, to bring them back to senses. i am not promoting violence, but just saying, enough, of putting the other cheek when getting slapped by the wicked for nothing, just because they think abusing others, is being like a fanatic stupid manipulator hero. So go for 2 eyes, for an eye .... or whatever you get hold first, break it on them, so they know and feel by themselves, their very own evilness. You see, a thorn is removed by another thorn ... So be strong and get justice to yourself, do not expect anything from others. And then, never ever let frustrations enter yourself and get accumulated, because, once inside, they give birth to depression. Sometimes, due to circumstances, one can not do all this, in that case, do pranayam, and some yoga, to fill yourself with positive energy, and nullify and evil remanant within, thus regain confidence in oneself and start facing the world with redoubled strength. And along with all this, pray Wahiguru to help and guide you with His Light, His wisdom .... Sat Sree Akal.

  3. If we were to accept everything has his will than the flower, grass, and trees are all our Gurus and the greatest Sikhs of all time. The flower takes everything Akal Purakh does to it, yet where is mukhti for all the flowers in the world? The animals pick at it, some animals eat it. The wind blows it around and the rain strikes it with force. Some step on it and destroy it. If we were instructed to be flowers, then out of the womb everyone human being would be jivan mukht. It all depends on what your intentions are behind what you are asking for. Sant Jarnail Singh ji Khalsa explained Vaheguru's Hukam very well. A swami asked Sant ji what will you do if a person was going to burn a baby before your eyes? Sant ji, replies by saying I will save that baby from being burnt. The Swami adds some conditions. What if someone is holding you and you can't get to the child? Sant ji replies by saying I will try with all my strength to break the hold and save the child. Sant ji says, only when I can't do anything to save the child from being burnt alive will I accept the child being burnt alive as Vaheguru's hukam. If the flower had the ability to move when a person was about to step on it. It will move and strike the person for trying to step on it. Sant ji was explaining to the Swami how Vaheguru has given everyone a certain amount of abilities. Some have more and some have less, whatever the case. The key is to try your hardest by following the virtues of Gurmat. Our only strength is Vaheguru. Punj Pyare say nitnem Banis are like our breath. As we can't be alive without breathing, so can't we live without nitnem. How many times do the Gurus tell us to do ardas in our nitnem? Ask for help from Vaheguru is a humility act in itself. It's telling the mind how it cannot achieve all and the source of life (Akal Purakh) is needed the most. The gifts in the house of Vaheguru will never run out. So ask for his help every second of your day. There is no scale where you will owe Vaheguru back. By following Gurbani you will present yourself to Vaheguru and the gifts Vaheguru gives will only increase.

  4. Life doesn't magically change post-Amrit, like the flick of a switch without any conscious effort on your part. YOU have to change yourself. Hopefully, that process of change is instigated by the individual in question years or months prior to stepping before the Panj, if you're an adult. Faith, discipline, and humility. These are the three qualities I feel are at the heart of what Amrit represents.
