Gurfateh I did an online Hukam to ask Waheguru about my future. I wanted to basically start a business of some kind and stop working where I am. This was the Hukam that I got. Would anyone be able to explain what some this Hukam means to what I ask. That would be brilliant. I was just curious on the third eye when I stumbled upon this post. This guy was a Sikh and explains he felt the vibrations in naam simran and how it’s wrong, lol. He’s obviously very mistaken but it’s quite weird to think someone who he explains “felt bliss” during simran seemed it to be a bad thing and changed to Islam. it’s the first post that’s the ex Sikh. Read the whole topic posts as he goes deeper into what he experienced. He’s mistaken about yoga and side effects. https://www.ummah.com/forum/forum/misc/comparative-religion/420788-third-eye-pineal-gland?410838-Third-eye-Pineal-gland=

Landlocked Country , Will The Idea Appeal To All People
by Guest in_search_of_answrs- 4 replies

SSA to all fellow Sikhs, I have small query. If we are supporting this movement of independent state. Will it be land locked country? A sea connection is big must for any nation to get forward in trade what people think on this. Will the state have survived on good relation ship with Muslim Pakistan & other close Hindu nation for trade? I expect some rational reasoned answers to my query. Nepal is not doing very good economically. If want to sell this idea to people in general , we need convincing answers with our self first. See Scotland is moving toward tha…

I have just started a new job. I havent had many to begin with so dont have much experience about the different work places and enviroments. I got the job after going through the application process. And the person who chose me for the job is nice. However the main boss who is a whiye man. Doesnt seem to come across welcoming. Infact ive only been there twice so far ad its a part time job. But I get the feeling this guy is a racist old msn type that doesmt want me there. Ive been polite and triendly to eveyone but the vibes im getting from the senior white guys seems like racism. Maybe they are like this because im new I dont know. Everytime I speak to a girl I am also t…

Is Judging A Potential Partner On Their Financial Security Right Or Wrong?
by Guest OzzySingh- 9 replies

Sat Sri Akaal to the Sikh Sangat community, I have been browsing the forums for quite some time but this would have to be my first post to date. The topic at hand is that I would like to gather and understand some of your opinions on what is in my eyes an issue that requires clarification. Firstly allow me to quickly describe myself. I'm a 22 year old Sikh Male currently in my third year of studying Medicine. Although born and raised in the UK my family moved to Australia when I was in my mid teens. As I come from a fairly financially secure family I couldn't help but wonder is it right to judge someone on their financial wealth? As I've grown up I've often come acr…

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh! Hi sangat, i really needed advice on a certain issue that has been bothering me. When I was in about gr. 9 i had received amrit from the 5 beloved ones with guru jis kirpa (i'm in uni now)...as my high school years progressed i started to weaken and weaken in my sikhi and finally in my gr. 12 year i guess you could say i "rebelled" and tried how meat tasted like and even just trimmed my dhari a little bit (completely pointless)...after i finished my first year of uni i thought to myself that i'm an <banned word filter activated> and i need my guru ji....I decieded that i'm going to enter my second year of uni as an amrit…

Vjkk Vjkf, Sorry for how long this is in advance I'm really struggling and could do with some advice. quite a few years ago I lost my mother to cancer. After she passed away I didnt think about her too much because I guess it was easier to block out the pain rather than think about her condition deteriorating and no longer being here also I didnt have any stresses of life at the time and so it didnt hit me that hard then. about 3/4 years later as I started working harder I started becoming more stressed and this is when depression and anxiety hit me. After a few months I started to take anti depressants and then I spiraled out of control comple…
