waheguru ji kekhalsa, waheguru ji ke fateh Pyare jio, this is a personal posting looking at points made on another thread by Veer Sikhi for Life. It is not meant to be towards any indivdual or group. As young Sikhs, many of us have kept our kesh and come into sikhi. We have a certian outlook on sikhi. We are not caught in the dogma of groupism or tribalistic tendancies as many youths who have grown up in sikhi, and just accepted what their parents said. I think we all want sikhi to flourish and want a strong Guru Khalsa Panth. Such is the nature of this tribalism in sikhs, that it effects its every pore in our punjabi society. It is ingrained in our gurdwaras, panth…

Hello everyone, nice to post here again. Been gone for a while at my friends. Learning to becoming a sikh has proved to be an interesting venture. I haven't told my mom yet that i have become a sikh, however, in the new year i am going to break the silence and tell all. Considering that she i a avid JW, it's not going to go down well with here, but a true Sikh doesnt hesitate nor give in to other people. I also haven't gone to the Sikh temple yet, i want to meet someone else that is a sikh that will give me a few words or advice before i go in. I will probably wite a letter to the temple asking for a someone to meet me first. I like to go with someone else. Anyways i …

Jaipur's angel of mercy is a phone call away (FEATURE): [india News]: Jaipur, Feb 6 : A phone call, even at the dead of night, is all it takes for Kanwaljeet Singh to send his ambulance to ferry any sick person to hospital - for free. Inspired by the help people in distant Dehradun provided when his then three-year-old son met with an accident in 1996, Kanwaljeet Singh and his wife Manjeet Kaur decided to do something unique to serve society. Thus was born the hospital service that is now the talk of Jaipur. It is already eight years old now, and Kanwaljeet Singh, a 48-year-old bank executive, is widely known here as the "van wale Sardarji" (the Sikh with a van). "So…

vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh dear sangat ji With great regret the so called leaders in Punjab are so blind and stupid. The sgpcwale was going to except at presentation from the Darshan dassi cult from the uk. This cult has been degrading Guru Ji and Sikhi. There are 2 great Gursikhs who are serving life in prison because they couldn¡¦t hear the slandering and disrespect of Guru ji and Sikhi.. On the 11th November 1987 Bhai Manjit Singh and Bhai Rajinder Singh brought this pakhandi guru to book and pumped their bullets into him showing him to be a fake. These Gursikhs are soo chardi kala they have not changed one bit. They could easily say sorry and …
