This was a poem that my freind made. I think its awesome - The Truth - The State of My Nation. How Far did you.. Take Your Amrit? Now this is a message, to all you young and old A story everyone knows, yet it's never been told The state of my nation, today, is a shame I'm here to let you know, the rules to this game Before I begin, I'll apologize to you You don't want to hear the truth but that's how we do. We call ourselves children of the King of Perfection Have you ever looked ahead, at your own reflection? How far have you taken your Amrit, Singh? Do you know what it means, to represent the True King? Your blue bana blows, as you walk with …

So please even if it’s a very well known sakhi please post so we can all learn something about our beautiful friend, father, king and guru. The topic has only had 3 Sakhian posted in reply since Sunday. It feels like we are all really keen to make jokes or watch videos on …

VJKK VJKF TEACHINGS OF BABA NAND SINGH JI OF NANAKSAR He (Baba Nand Singh Ji of Nanksar) unfolded the Supreme grandeur of Sri Guru Granth Sahib splendidly and glorified the eternal Sri Guru Granth Sahib as the living Guru Nanak magnificently. Blessing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was supreme and He advised everyone to invoke that blessing by completing one path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in a month in the following manner: Complete recitation of the whole of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in a month. Complete 50 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib in a month; recite 2 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib daily. Complete 250 paths of Jap Ji Sahib in a month; recite 10 paths of Jap Ji Sahib daily…

I was going through the Bani of Bhagat Nam Dev Ji and came across this Shabad on Ang 973 i looked through in steeks and translations and vaykha by Giani Thakur Singh Ji and Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and im still lost as to what this shabad means. To me its suggesting that Bhagat Ji prays to Ram Chandr instead of Ram. Please clear this doubt. If anyone has any other explanations please share them. Jasrath rā▫e nanḏ rājā merā rām cẖanḏ paraṇvai nāmā ṯaṯ ras amriṯ pījai. ||4||4|| My Sovereign Lord King is Raam Chandra, the Son of the King Dasrat'h; prays Naam Dayv, I drink in the Ambrosial Nectar…

?Be a WARRIOR? Worriers accept defeats. WARRIORS keep fighting until the end. Worriers dont believe its possible. WARRIORS believe they can achieve anything. Worriers bring others down. WARRIORS inspire those around them. Worriers are focused on the past. WARRIORS are looking to the future. Worriers blame others for their mistakes. WARRIORS take responsibility. Which are you? Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Guru Roop Sangat Jeo, With Sri Sri Guruji's infinite blessings, here is part 1 on the new series of articles on the concept of Kaal Purakh in Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji. There are many doubts in the minds of Sangat regarding 'differences' between Akaal Purakh and Kaal Purakh. Hopefully, this (and the subsequent articles) will help dispel myths and refute lies spread by nindaks, excommunicated cartoons and anti-panthic forces from time to time. I would also feel highly blessed if some khojee is able to receive some spiritually benefit from this article. As with previous series of articles on Sri Charitropakhyan, the following re…

MY BIRD He sits at the top of the sycamore tree, Catching sunlight and shadows in his eyes, Bathed in the scent of the afternoon sun. What is it that his eyes see, When he looks out into the shapeless depths of the sky? I long to know, To ask him, "How is it that you see the world?" His face is unreadable, Yet placid, the stare of a hawk, Yearning. He's always been yearning for something, he tells me -- Always. Yes, always. I let his words curl at the tip of my tongue, Windswept by the autumn breeze that blows by. He's been searching, he says. Searching for what he yearns for. I study his face, The way the space between his eyes crease with thought…
