The king reigned proud the plain, as far as it was wide Yet despite this lush existence, he knew no peace inside. The five alluring lionesses, had him locked in a dance A wiggle of their tails, would make the fickle lion prance. And fiercely did he protect what seemed there, it was only HIS Lost in perpetual motion, he could see no more then this. WaheguruJiKaKhalsaWaheguruJiKiFateh Please forgive daas as daas has forgotten where daas had gotten this article from. But, please enjoy it as it does provide insight into Ajaapa Jaap. WahegurujiKaKhalsaWaheguruJiKiFateh AJAPA JAAP AJAPA JAAP (continuos repetition of Naam/ Waheguru) is the spiritual condition of a person when the Simran (repitition of Waheguru) goes on an auto pilot mode in your Surat (mind) and in your Hirdey (heart) as explained below. It means that Simran becomes a round the clock thing inside you, Simran doesn't stop at any moment, it carries on and such a condition comes with Gurkirpa (God/ the guru's blessing) and after a lot of Bhagti Kamai(med…

Sabad Hazare EIK ONKAR SATGUR PARSADI ONE ALL PERVADING CONSISTENT LORD, UNION WITH HIM BY HIS GRACE I RAMKALI, PATSHAEI Xth O my mind, when you will realize the Quintessence of the Divine abiding in you, and attain to Him this way, you will not get affected by the evil instincts of wrath, greed, obstinacy and attachments. (3) Practice renunciation, considering your homestead as if to be living in a forest, as a detached person. Continence be your matted hair, your contemplation of Him as your ablution, and disciplined conduct be your long nails. The Divine Knowledge and His Guidance be the Guru; and the Divine Love be the ashes to be rubbed on the body. (1) Eve…

What is a Nihang? Nihang is a Persian word meaning crocodile. The Sikhs took the name and the uniform from the Mughals. Nihangs constitute an order of Sikhs who, abandoning the fear of death, are ever ready for martyrdom and remain unsullied by worldly possessions. A Nihang is one who has nothing and is free from anxiety. The order is said to have been founded by Guru Gobind Singh himself as a fighting body of the Khalsa. The Nihangs were also called Akalis (servitors of the Timeless God). Most of them wear blue turbans. Nihangs can be recognized from a distance as they wear dark blue robes with their legs bare below the knees and high blue and yellow turbans laced with…

Salvation What is such a feeling? I'm floating, wandering amongst the clouds... No, love. Is it? It's blinding, this sense of security. Falling into the continuous void. The hollow throbbing that hung within me, Slowly consuming. Why did it suddenly stop? I hadn't expected it this soon: I didn't know you would come to me. A hand, Reaching through the lucid gray screen, You stretch towards me, with love.. It's then when I see: Your eyes, your eyes!, I can finally see them. They glow, oh, how they glow! So Beautiful, Lone fireflies, dancing in the late summer breeze. You close your eye so sweetly, And yet they still glow and shine.. That tenderness sur…
